"Why Should I Vote in the Primary?"

Missouri's Primary is August 7, 2012! Many of us may think, "I will vote in November's General Election. Why is the August Primary so important?" The answer to this question is quite simple. The primary determines who you will be voting for in November. For example, in Missouri's 5th Congressional District there are four Republicans--Jason Greene, Jacob Turk, Jerry Nolte, and Ron Paul Shawd--campaigning for the opportunity to represent the citizens of said district. The primary will decide which man will appear on the ballot in November to compete against the *notorious Democratic Incumbent "Rev." Emanuel Cleaver. If you are in the 5th District, please consider voting for a strong pro-life Christian candidate to run against Emanuel Cleaver in November! The August Primary will give YOU the opportunity to help choose who will represent your party this fall. There are many statewide positions whose candidates will be finally determined in the primary. These positions include Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Attorney General, and one seat in the U.S. Senate (We have the opportunity to replace Sen. Claire McCaskill!). To see who is running in Missouri's state and district races please follow this link http://www.sos.mo.gov/CandidatesOnWeb/ . In researching candidates for statewide positions and your district's races, the Missouri Right to Life Political Action Committees' CandidateRatings and Endorsements for the August 7, 2012 Primary may be most helpful. These are available through the links below. http://www.missourilifepac.org/2012/2012primary_ratings.pdf http://www.missourilifepac.org/2012/2012primary_endorsements.pdf PLEASE NOTE:Missouri's Congressional District lines have recently been drastically re-drawn.For example, the residents of Lafayette County were in District 4 but are now in District 5 and have the opportunity to help oust *Democratic Incumbent Representative Emanuel Cleaver--the pro-choice "reverend" who voted against the "In God We Trust" resolution. In short, be sure you know which district you are in!This information may be found herehttp://oa.mo.gov/bp/redistricting/congressional/.(Hint:To better determine your district select the "Streets" tab in the upper right hand corner.) Bella is looking for a new home. She is a pocket beagle, will be two years old in October and currently lives in an apartment. Living in an apartment is not working out for Bella. She loves to be outside, chase kids and squirrels, and run and play. She has all of her shots and is “semi-house trained”. She has her own crate and sleeps in it each night. She is good with kids and has lots of energy. She is very loving and would make a good family dog. Please call Sue at 816-721-0393 and leave a message or email sue@bmf@live.com for more information.

Medical Need

---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Julie Caldwell motherintheshoe6@yahoo.com Chuck and Regina Sperry's 18 year old daughter, Tikva, has been through a long medical process and has been diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease. Lyme's Disease is contracted from the bite of an infected tick and causes a life changing neurological disorder. While it is a blessing for them to finally have a diagnosis, the medical costs for treatment will run $6,700.00 which includes doctor “visits” via Skype over the next year. This is over and above what few costs Medicaid is able to cover in the US. Regina and Tikva have been here in the States since Dec. seeking a diagnosis and treatment. They are planning to return home to Honduras in late August to be with the rest of their family and to continue the mission work. Due to Tikva's illness, their funds are nearly exhausted. If you can assist financially with Tikva's medical treatment, please reply to Family Outreach, PO Box 22, Independence, MO 64051, memo mark: medical needs, or you can speak to Regina at 816-337-6761 before August 28.

French Horn For Sale

---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: bonnie bird be_a_bird@hotmail.com We have a French Horn for sale. About the only thing that I can tell you is that it is a double-horn. If you are interested, my husband, David can supply the additional details and pricing. We might consider a trade too for something of equal value. my e-mail address is be_a_bird@hotmail.com Double French Horn The double horn was invented to combat the problem of a single horn's inherently limited range of pitches. Before the invention of the double horn, a horn player would have to switch between single horns in F and B flat keys to achieve all the notes necessary. The double horn combines both a B flat and an F horn into one instrument, with a shared lead pipe and bell section. Professional horn players typically use a double horn. White skinned Native Americans of North America

"The ethnic identity and origins of the Melungeon people have perplexed investigators of every stripe for more than a century. Imaginative theories have suggested Phoenician, Carthaginian, Portuguese, Turkish, and early Welsh origins. Others believed the Melungeons were a lost tribe of Israel or survivors of the Roanoke Colony."
