JUNE 11-17 AT GRACELAND UNIVERSITY
We have had a tremendous response from Saints to attend Reunion, which is fast approaching. We are trying to prepare for the larger numbers and therefore ask the following:
1. If you intended to turn in a registration but have not, please contact Paul or Lynette Davis, Registrars, by Thursday, May 25th at 9:00 a.m.
2. If you or your family member did register but now have conflicts, please notify the Registrars immediately so we can adjust our room and/or meal counts. Contact us even if you have reduced or added to the number of days any member of your family will be attending!
3. We have exceeded the number of rooms that are air-conditioned. Graceland will allow us to bring SMALL, LIGHT-WEIGHT WINDOW AIR-CONDITIONERS. They cannot accommodate the larger, heavy units. We are greatly in need of a/c units for the week. We will likely need about twenty (20) small a/c units. Please contact the Registrars immediately if you can bring one for your own use or for another family to use. The a/c units will be needed in Gunsolley Hall and Tess Morgan dorms. Mark you units well with your name so that they are identifiable. The Conference Assistants will assist you with the installation in the window. You are responsible for getting them to the dorm and getting them back home again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
OUR GUARANTEED MEAL COUNT IS DUE THIS FRIDAY, MAY 26TH!! WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE ADDED TO OR REDUCED YOUR PLANNED ATTENDANCE.
