ZIONWORKS NEWS for JULY 24th, 2025
The news this week, as well as last, is powerful. To inform those who missed last week’s Zionworks News or meeting, here is a shortened re-cap: A huge percentage of the population of the tribes descending from Lehi in North America and other parts of the globe have come to claim the The Record of Nephi as their own as it corroborates with and reinforces their national histories and identities! Presently, they are planning to gather here. Are the gathering events clearly prophesied in the Book of Mormon blossoming now as the rose?
Since being translated in 1829 and earlier, prophecy has told of the gathering of the tribes to “this land”. We have been told in scripture to prepare in righteousness for this and to be ready to assist in the building of Zion. This past Wednesday and Thursday may have seen one of the most momentous events in our history. A conference was held at The Remnant’s Conference Center in Independence. The conference was called to discuss the collaboration of the JCRB, Remnant, Bickertonites, any other restoration groups, interested people, and an established organization of natives from Canada north down to Patagonia south, to lay out a serious, prayerfully organized plan to build the foothold/first phase of Zion; the plan is to be adopted by consensus by April 2026. Chief Midegah, organizer of these mentioned tribes and nationalities, during his presentation Thursday, said that,“ The natives are coming to Jackson County. Preparation must be made to greet and settle here.”
Many reported miracles have been experienced already during previous gatherings and conferences held in Yucatan and North America under the leadership of Chief Midegah. Presently, this collaboration among the people of Lehi and saints is advancing in Europe and to other nations.
There will be another gathering of saints and all interested individuals to exchange and hear more related information this coming Sunday, July27th, at Center Branch at 2:00 PM. There will be videos of the important parts of the conference, informed speakers and discussion at the meeting. This is intended to be a gathering of all interested people. Many saints are already cooperating and planning in collaboration with Chief Midegah and the descendants of Lehi. The goal in our hearts is for all of Jesus’ pure-in-heart of the world to be happily and spiritually bonded under His wings (and on his terms, not mans’). At our meetings, we ask the Lord to bless the meeting, itself, to be an experience in Zion. Please be praying for your own enlightenment and for all of Jesus’ followers to be happily united. Pray for the end of persecution of our fellow Christians on all lands and for His kingdom on earth.
“…every man that will not take up arms against his neighbor must needs flee unto Zion for safety. And there shall be gathered unto it out of every nation under heaven; and it shall be the only people that shall not be at war with one another.” Zionworks exists to facilitate this gathering of peace, unity and cooperative effort among those who Christ calls his people, to establish his kingdom on the earth.

Following is more specific information from last week’s conference:
Teachings from the July 16, 17 meetings at the Remnant with David Midegah Taylor
There was a meeting on Wednesday, July 16 between David Midegah and the Remnant Church leadership and the Apostles of the JCRB. It was held in the Remnant headquarters. The gathering was enabled by President Terry Patience and the encouragement of his wife Cindy after viewing several YouTube videos from David Midegah on July 4. They contacted David and the meeting was planned. Cindy also offered a most-inspiring opening prayer for the session.
The hope of the proposed plan is for the three organizations: The Remnant Church of Jesus Christ, the JCRB, and The Church of Jesus Christ (PA) to work together in ministry with the Indigenous peoples and form a united conference to advance the work of the preparation of Zion, and the gospel to the Indigenous peoples. Each organization continues as they are organized. Each organization will be able to bring ministry to the indigenous peoples. It is our job to help them remember the coming of the Savior to the Americas and His covenants with them. We will offer the plan of the gospel and the opportunity for baptism. Many will respond but it is not to be demanded. That is between them and the Creator.
Brother Midegah drew a map on the white board showing 8 regions. The indigenous populations are going to be gathering to them in various biospheres, rich in food production. They already have a working group for emergency preparations. Below are the preliminary gathering places for them, when Babylon begins to fall. Then they will gather to Missouri as the way opens. We are their inheritance and they desire for us to receive them.

There is preliminary indication that a meteorite (Apophis), the third largest, will pass by the Earth in April, 2029. They know the earth is going to receive a “whipping teaching”. It is possible that it interrupts communications and falling debris could cause difficulties. The indigenous peoples, for seeing in their records that this type of activity preceded the first coming of Jesus, are planning to move towards their biospheres for the 6 months preceding this, starting in October, 2028. Thus, they are counselling us to have emergency plans in place by this time. If there is destruction, it will take months for the government to be able to respond, and it is not our desire to be in FEMA camps.
There was an Equinox gathering in Colombia in June, among the Colibri (the hummingbird). There are about 1.5 Million of them. He was shown that his Deer Clan (Moose?) ancestors have been there for 23 generations. They had the same creation story on their walls and have Torah teachings.
In the southern part of Argentina, with the Mapuche Indians, there will be a ceremony to present the Record of the Nephites in September.
It was mentioned by Bishop Kevin Romer of the Remnant that Levi, Manasseh and Ephraim are all here, and are to be one family, even with different responsibilities and characteristics.
As a sign in the heavens, another Blood red moon is expected in September, and Midegah said it will be the darkest one yet, and is a sign of the closing of the age.
LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS FOR ZION:
A JOINT PROPOSAL
The Proposal made July 16-17, 2025 at the Remnant Church has the following characteristics:
Chief Midegah, representing the Remnant of Jacob – the Indigenous Tribes of the Americas – has invited: The Church of Jesus Christ - PA (TCOJC) the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ (Remnant) and the Joint Conference of Restoration Branches (JCRB) to labor together with them to prepare for the gathering of the House of Israel to Missouri.
Each organization is requested to develop a working group to establish two things by Oct. 25 for a joint conference in Independence, MO of the 3 US organizations plus elders from the Remnant Tribes. It is proposed to take place in the Remnant Church facilities:
A vision of Zion – what it looks like - to be able to unite in a common vision.
- To be prepared by September, 2025 for presentation in an Oct. 25 joint conference.
An emergency plan to be developed by March, 2026 to ready to implement by Oct. 2028, to maintain an influx of 100,000 persons for 6 months from around then, to April, 2029. This will serve as the basis to have a community to maintain life in the City of Zion.
Each of the above 3 organizations are requested to honor the priesthood callings in the other organizations to work jointly in quorums, but to continue in their own organization in ministry. Satan has been using the conflict of priesthood authority as a sword of division in this work. that must stop.
Contacts are the Presidents of TCOJC, PA and the Remnant and the Quorum of 12 apostles in the JCRB.
The Global Indigenous Conference - in process of creating a treaty this week in Ireland – will be headquartered in the Remnant. Future meetings of delegates will occur here.
The Indian Ministries Council of the Americas (IMCA) will be headquartered in the Remnant.
The Eagle – Condor – Quetzal – Colibri conference will be headquartered in the Remnant.
Participant organizations are requested to form working groups immediately and begin meeting to prepare for a higher joint working group to unify the vision in September before the Oct. conference between the elders of the Indigenous Tribes (who will come for the Conference), and the 3 Restoration organizations. Each will have equal participation.
