Looking for Video of "Go Ye and Teach"

Does anyone have a Video (VHS or DVD) of the "Go Ye and Teach" slides?

Or do you know someone who has the ability (technology) to do that?

High Priest Francis Harper Message for 5/3/2019

Dear Ones,

Is anything more beautiful than the spontaneous, untarnished love of a child, fresh from the realms of pure love? When our youngest granddaughter was only two; now she is twenty-two, my wife and I had the privilege of watching some of our grandchildren for a few hours. One who was older; who is married now and they have two of their own, had misbehaved. My wife had sentenced him to solitary confinement in our basement until he learned how to behave.

A short time later, as I sat at my study table in the den, our youngest grandchild, who was barely two and learning to talk, came to me with sadness and tears, saying, as she reached for my hand “Grandpa, come, please, downstairs.” I saw pure love in her eyes. Such love could not endure being separated from her beloved brother any longer.

How could I refuse? I picked her up and carried her down the stairs, and placed her in the arms of the one she loved. This eased her aching heart. I watched the sadness leave her face, and joy return.

My heart was touched by this experience. Is it any wonder that Jesus said, “Let the little children come unto me . . . for of such is the kingdom of God?” Such love, was never meant to be as sadly lacking in our lives as it is today.

As I meditate upon our grandchild and the expression of her pure love, as a two year old, I think of my own relationship with others, and with God. There are so many broken relationships in our world today. We are so sick and are often unaware of our illnesses.

Millions of our children have aching hearts, craving for the pure and unadulterated love of their parents. This starvation for love results in all sorts of bizarre behaviors, and people ask, what is wrong with our children? Too often, parents sacrifice their children to the gods of selfish pleasures, and far too often the children slowly die with shriveled hearts. May God forgive us!

Jesus was sent to this world as an expression of God’s love for each of us; seven billion of us. Yet, the vast majority have rejected this expression of God’s love, and have forfeited a fullness of joy. How can such love, such wondrous love, be rejected? Do we have hardened hearts?

I once told a class of Jr. High students: “There’s one thing I know. Jesus wants our hearts.” Isaiah described the love of God for us in these words: “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands” (Isaiah 49:15-16).

My Love to All,

High Priest Francis Harper

The Pure Love of Christ

If we ever hope to be like Jesus we must love without limits. Jesus challenges us to love as he loves. He said: “A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” (John 13:34-35).

Our love is measured by what we do for others. “This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:12-13). We can lay down our lives for our friends in two ways: by living or dying for them. Paul wrote: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” Jesus, and many others have given their lives both ways. The Lord and most of his original twelve apostles lived and died sacrificially.

Dietrick Bonheoffer, a martyr, correctly stated: “When Jesus calls a man he bids him come and die.” Another Martyr, Maximilian Kolbe who gave his life for a fellow prisoner at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in 1941, “gave his life totally to God in service to humanity long before he sealed that gift by bearing the burden of another man’s death” (A Man for Others. Patricia Treece). “Pray that I will love without any limits,” he had written to his mother when he was still in his twenties. Those who knew him say this prayer was abundantly answered. Words such as “enemy” or “unlovable” were not in his vocabulary. Kolbe simply overflowed with love so affirming, accepting, and self-giving that he was like an ever flowing spring of water for a thirsty world; like the hymn we sing: “Streams of mercy, never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise” (Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing. Hymns of the Restoration #10).

In his second inaugural address, March 4, 1865, just 45 days before his assassination, President Abraham Lincoln expressed this sentiment: “With malice toward none, with charity for all . . .”. In describing Lincoln, Count Leo Tolstoy, the famous Russian novelist and playwright said he was “a Christ in miniature.” “Charity for all” could serve as a motto for all Christians. Charity is defined by Moroni as “the pure love of Christ.” Wherefore, cleave unto charity, which is the greatest of all, for all things must fail; but charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth forever; and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it should be well with them. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, that ye may be filled with this love which he hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of his Son Jesus Christ, that ye may become the sons of God, that when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is, that we may have this hope, that we may be purified as he is pure” (Moroni 7:52-53).

The Apostles John and Paul wrote in full agreement with Moroni. “Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth; but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail . . . And abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8, 13). “We know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him . . .” (1 John 3:2). Will our love be pure, even as his is pure?

President Trump Accepted the Book of Mormon and 'An Urgent Message to all Americans'

Please send out and let’s all keep praying for our president and this promise land

Dear All Saints,
Greetings in the name of Lord Jesus Christ,

Finally, I was able to meet President Donald J. Trump to provide the Book of Mormon. Thanks so much for your fervent prayers ceaselessly. Thus, I didn’t have any other agenda of political or diplomatic or economic matter to talk to him. Our main focus and purpose of visiting President Trump was just to enlighten him about the revelation of Book of Mormon for his presidential wisdom according to 2 Chronicle 1:10. I found that he has never been approached by the wisdom of Book of Mormon as the gospel from America to the whole world. Thus, America is the Greater Light (Book of Mormon) of restoration gospel. All of our restoration brethren were concerned if our President knows the truth, truth will make us free (John 8:32). If we do not approach him with the truth of this Greater Gospel and Greater Light, i.e., Book of Mormon, whole Presidential leadership is deprived of Truth. That’s why we were coveting your prayer supports.
Following announcement by Bro. Francis Harper which was sent to all was helpful to explain the gospel of Greater Light, Book of Mormon, to our President. Then, I was privileged to spend an additional day for the National Day of Prayers.
Main points which I stressed to our President as follows:
1) U.S. President needs to know that he is the President of the Land of Joseph (U.S.A)
(Let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph . . . that was separated from his brethren” (Deuteronomy 33). America is Joseph’s land; a land separated from his brethren.)
2) “Make America great again” comes to be true by going through the Greater Light and Greater Gospel Book of Mormon
3) As citizens of the USA we should be especially interested in the blessings promised to Joseph and his descendants. “Joseph is a fruitful bough [of the family tree] whose branches run over the wall [a barrier, like oceans] . . .
4) The Lord’s immigration policy for America is found in The Book of Mormon: “. . .
According to the workings of the Spirit which is in me there should none come into the land save [unless] they shall be brought by the hand of the Lord . . . this land is consecrated unto him whom he shall bring. And if it so be that they shall serve him according to the commandments, which he hath given, it shall be a land of liberty unto them; . . . And behold, it is wisdom that this land should be kept as yet from the knowledge of other nations; For, behold many nations would overrun the land . . . And they shall be kept from all other nations . . . (2 Nephi 1:10-17).
5) The word of the Lord came to Ezekiel, saying, “Thou son of man, take one stick [scroll] and write upon it, for Judah . . .” [The Bible; the record of Judah]; . . . then take another stick and write upon it for Joseph . . .” [The Book of Mormon; the record of Joseph].
6) The Book of Mormon was originated in the Americas and it has an urgent message for all Americans. The Prophet Ether wrote of America as “the land of promise, choice above all other lands, which the Lord God had preserved for a righteous people” (Ether 1:29). This part was very tickling to the President and he realized that the Book of Mormon is patriotic book of America standing as a Light House for the whole world.
7) The urgent message to all who live in the USA is this: “Behold, this is a land which is choice above all other lands; wherefore he that doth possess it shall serve God, or shall be swept off; for it is the everlasting decree of God. And it is not until the fullness of iniquity among the children of the land, that they are swept off. And this cometh unto you, O ye Gentiles that ye may know the decrees of God, that ye may repent, and not continue in your iniquities until the fullness come, that ye may not bring down the fullness of the wrath of God upon you . . .” (Ether 1:32-34).
On the whole, President liked to know that America is the land of promise, which was choice above all other lands, which the Lord God had preserved for a righteous people; (Ether 1:29). This part was very humbling and tickling to his heart.
Thus, at the end, prayers were offered together.
At the end, we still ask you all to pray that President Trump will be blessed with the Wisdom of Solomon who prayed: “Give me now wisdom and knowledge to rule over the nations . . . for who can judge this thy people that is so great?” (2 Chronicles 1:10).
High Priest Brother Francis Harper’s book: Great Treasures of Knowledge was provided to the President along with the Book of Mormon. In addition, a special letter by Sister Lynda Foegen was handed to him and he read that letter delightfully and he promised that he will take that letter seriously.

Thanks again for your prayers and supports
Sincerely,
In His Restored Eternal Bonds,

An Urgent Message to all Americans

“Make America great again” has been the rallying cry of this administration of President Donald J. Trump. The key to the greatness of the United States of America has always rested upon the faith and righteousness of her people. Inasmuch as we keep the commandments of God we shall prosper in our land. “Righteousness exalteth a nation; but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34).
Jacob had twelve sons. Before his sons left Egypt Jacob blessed them one by one. His blessings were prophetic. The promises given to Judah [present day Israel] and Joseph [USA] exceed all the others. See Genesis 49. Before his death, Moses also pronounced blessings upon the sons of Jacob and their descendants. See Deuteronomy 33.
As citizens of the USA we should be especially interested in the blessings promised to Joseph and his descendants. “Joseph is a fruitful bough [of the family tree] whose branches run over the wall [a barrier, like oceans] . . . the arms of his hands were made strong by the mighty God of Jacob . . . even by the God of thy Father, who shall help thee and by the Almighty, who
shall bless thee with blessings of heaven . . . they shall be on the head of Joseph . . . that was separated from his brethren” (Genesis 49). “Blessed of the Lord be his land, for the precious things of heaven . . . and for the precious things of the earth . . . and for the good will of him that dwelt in the [burning] bush; Let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph . . . that was separated from his brethren” (Deuteronomy 33). America is Joseph’s land; a land separated from his brethren.
The word of the Lord came to Ezekiel, saying, “Thou son of man, take one stick [scroll] and write upon it, for Judah . . .” [The Bible; the record of Judah]; . . . then take another stick and write upon it for Joseph . . .” [The Book of Mormon; the record of Joseph].
The first descendants of Joseph came to America just before the Babylonian captivity in 586 B.C. See 1 Nephi 1:12; 1:165. The records kept by these early immigrants to Joseph’s land have been preserved in The Book of Mormon.
The Book of Mormon has an urgent message for all Americans. The Prophet Ether wrote of America as “the land of promise, choice above all other lands, which the Lord God had preserved for a righteous people” (Ether 1:29).
The Lord’s immigration policy for America is found in The Book of Mormon: “. . . according to the workings of the Spirit which is in me there should none come into the land save [unless] they shall be brought by the hand of the Lord . . . this land is consecrated unto him whom he shall bring.
The oceans served as natural walls until 1492. Nephi prophesied: “And I looked and beheld a man [Christopher Columbus] among the Gentiles . . . and I beheld the Spirit of God, that it came down and wrought upon the man; and he went forth upon the many waters . . . and it came to pass that I beheld the Spirit of God, that it wrought upon other Gentiles; [the early colonists] and they went forth out of captivity, upon the many waters. And it came to pass that I beheld many multitudes of the Gentiles upon the land of promise” (1 Nephi 3:147-149).
The urgent message to all who live in the USA is this: “Behold, this is a land which is choice above all other lands; wherefore he that doth possess it shall serve God, or shall be swept off; for it is the everlasting decree of God.
Our nation will be spared as long as we have a faithful, prayerful remnant in our country. Sodom would have been spared if ten righteous souls could have been found in the city. We need many men, women and children who will pray for our country like the prophet Daniel prayed for his nation, “O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments; “We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments; Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets . . . . “O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day. . . Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant. . . . O my God incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations. . . We do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousness, but for thy great mercies. O Lord, hear; O Lord forgive” (Daniel 9:4-7, 17-19).
Abraham Lincoln stated: “The only assurance of our nation’s safety is to lay our foundation on morality and religion. I have always taken counsel of Him. I cannot recall one instance in which I followed my own judgment, founded upon such a decision, where the results were unsatisfactory; whereas, in almost every instance where I yielded to the views of others, I have had occasion to regret it.”

“In God We Trust,” must remain as our motto!
