New Translation of Caractors Transcript

New Translation of Caractors Transcript
I wish to do TWO things with this email:
1) Notify all my contacts that I have changed my email server. My address is now:
bbbinmd@gmail.com.
If you desire to have future communications with me, please change your address book to this new address. If you would like to be removed from my address book, please send me a reply requesting that I do so. Thank you.
2) Tell all my friends with whom I have communicated over the past 23 years of my working on the Caractors (Anthon) Transcript (CT), that I now have a better translation and that I have written a book for 'The Skeptic' about the subject. You may download that book FREE. It is available in a .pdf file at the following link:
http://abookunsealed.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/ORDER-F ROM-CHAOS-1-1.pdf
Those of you who know nothing of my work on the CT, attached below is a picture of the cover of the book.
IF YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE MESSAGE IN THE CT SIMPLY DELETE THIS MESSAGE. I am sorry I bothered you and I wish you well.
BUT, if you would like to see what that message really SAYS, I suggest you download the book and see for yourself. It is a wonderful testimony of Jesus. It says that Jesus is the Christ, that Jesus IS God, and yet, he is also the Son of God. While our minds have trouble comprehending that apparent paradox, it is the doctrine of the Trinity. The CT reinforces that doctrine.
Consider 1 John 4:2-3 (KJV).
2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
Those of you that believe, TEST the Spirit. According to 1 John, this message could NOT have been generated by the powers of evil. Thus, this book has a message from God, that is for YOU and all of mankind who will listen and respond. And here is wise counsel from the book of James (1:5-6):
5If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.
The CT message is not mine. It is from God, and it SAYS that in no uncertain terms. Follow James 1:5 leadings and ask God for wisdom.
If, when you have read the book and agree with me that this is a message from God, feel free to share the news with others. I think everyone in the world needs to know this message is available for THEM. Pass it on!
If you are a skeptic, read the book to test the validity of your skepticism—this book was written for YOU, the skeptic. It suggests ways that you might try to discredit the message. But if you do not want to see the book, delete this message, and, as I said before, I wish you well!

Francis Harper Message for 2/23/2018
Dear Ones,
The life of the church of Jesus Christ and our own spiritual life also, depends upon our testimony of Jesus, and our continued communication with him.
Jesus asked “…whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona (Son of John); for flesh and blood (man) hath not revealed this (testimony of Jesus) unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven. And I say also unto thee (and to us), That thou art Peter; and upon this rock (revelation from heaven) I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:17-19 IV; 16:15-18 KJV).
History has proven that whenever any man, or church, is built upon the precepts of men, the spiritual life of that man, or church, has always failed to become what God has intended. Continued divine revelation; day by day, year by year, is indispensable. Without the light and inspiration of heaven the gates of hell will prevail against us and his church.
As if to emphasize our need for heaven’s light, as I was writing this message, before the light of day, our electricity was suddenly shut off! The darkness was complete. I could not find my way even to locate a flashlight. I became disoriented and lost within our own home. I was reminded of the words of Isaiah; “We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes; we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men” (Isaiah 59:10). When the lights came on, I discovered I was completely off course to reach my intended destination. This was a confirmation of my message; we are indeed lost without the light and inspiration of heaven.
“The means by which revelation is given to man may be said to be infinite” (Joseph Smith III and the Restoration. Page 597). I will enumerate some of the more common ways the Lord communicates with us.
God speaks to us through his word; the Scriptures. Most of us have received light and guidance from the word of God. My Bible opened immediately to the first Psalm one evening when I was being tempted to follow the counsel of men. When I read, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly…”(Psalm 1:1), I knew this scripture was a message sent from God to help me at that critical moment in my life.
The Lord, by his Holy Spirit, gives us inspired thoughts, words and phrases; often speaking them again and again for added emphasis. Bakht Singh wrote; “I felt some divine power engulf me and I uttered the words; Lord Jesus, I know and I believe thou art the living Christ. I kept repeating the words again and again. A day came when I began to hear his voice every day” (Bakht Singh of India. Page 86). I too have been taught by the Holy Spirit in this way. Words that have been repeated to me over and over again most recently were “I send you forth to testify and warn the people.”
Other ways and means God uses to communicate with us are: 1) dreams and visions, 2) through other people, 3) precise timings, 4) divine appointments, 5) double witnesses. The Lord is very creative in the ways he uses to communicate his will. If he has a message for you, he will find a way to deliver it. “He that hath an ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit saith…” (Revelation 3:13).
Two thousand five hundred souls “heard a voice, as if it came out of heaven…it was not a harsh voice, neither was it a loud voice…(even though it was) a small voice…it did pierce them to the very soul… and it said to them, Behold, my beloved Son, in whom I have glorified my name, hear ye him” (3 Nephi 5:5-8).
Love to All,

God Still Speaks To Us
On a recent television show (February 2018), it was reported that Vice President Pence not only talks to God; God also talks to him. It was suggested the Vice President may have mental health problems if he really believes God is speaking to him. On another show an opinion was expressed that Vice President Pence was owed an apology. I believe God is owed an apology!
Our Scriptures are filled with evidences of God speaking to man in the past. He still speaks. He most often speaks to persons who are listening and seeking for his divine wisdom and counsel. Nevertheless, if he chooses, he is fully capable of speaking and making his voice heard by anyone of us.
Bakht Singh, India’s foremost evangelist and church planter of the twentieth century said, “Once we learn the secret of hearing the voice of God, all our questions, no matter how difficult they are, are answered, and our problems, however complicated, are solved. When I started reading Genesis in January 1930, I came across these words… ‘God said, God spoke.’ It is repeated 558 times in the first five books of the Bible. I said to myself, if God is speaking, then I must listen. And as I read, I prayed, ‘Oh God, my loving God, speak to me and help me now.’ God does speak, and he wants us to hear his voice and listen to him.” (Brother Bakht Singh of India. T. E. Koshy. Page 406).
Joseph Smith, Jr., a true latter day prophet, at the age of 14, saw God, the Father, and Jesus Christ, his son, in a vision and they spoke to him. This was in the early spring of 1820. Joseph’s experience was similar to that of Stephen, the first Christian martyr who testified: “Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God” (Acts 7:56). Joseph Smith, Jr., was also martyred.
Joseph, the martyr, wrote: “Some few days after I had this vision I happened to be in company with one of the Methodist preachers who was very active in the before-mentioned religious excitement, and conversing with him on the subject of religion, I took occasion to give him an account of the vision which I had had. I was greatly surprised at his behavior; he treated my communication not only lightly, but with great contempt, saying it was all of the Devil; that there was no such thing as visions or revelations in these days; that all such things had ceased with the apostles, and that there never would be any more of them: (History of the Church. Volume 1. Page 10). We should not be surprised that the vast majority of the people in our nation today, even pastors, believe our Father in heaven is dumb; and no longer speaks.
Saul of Tarsus, a Jew, a persecutor of Christians, “…as he journeyed, he came near Damascus, and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven; and he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, “Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus…” (Acts 9:3-5).
Peter wrote of the Mount of Transfiguration experience when Jesus was introduced; “For he received from God the Father honor and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory. This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount (2 Peter 1:17-18).
God still speaks. The Apostle Paul wrote: “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). It is written in Malachi, “For I am the Lord, I change not” (Malachi 3:6).
Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:17). We should be grateful we have a Vice President who does not hesitate to say God still speaks to men on earth.

Looking for help with Tax Math
I am need of help from someone with excellent math skills and good with taxes. I have to do 4 amendments for four tax years. I just would like someone to look over what I've done to make sure I have gotten it all correct. I cant afford a professional tax service as they want like $100 per year which would be like $400+. I'm pretty okay at doing taxes, I just would like someone to double check my work. I could pay a little something for the help if need be.

The units will be fully furnished short term on AirBnB, VRBO, HomeAway, Zillow and/or corporate rentals. Washing and changing of linens along with cleaning interior windows as necessary and exterior patio door(s) will be required. After each guest leaves they will be reviewing us on the internet. It will be of utmost importance to maintain a 5 Star rating of excellence. Just one poor rating deters future bookings. Because these units are a business that I feel will reflect our hospitality it will require the utmost in honesty, cleanliness and communication to please the guests. The position will be on an as needed bases. Flexibility will be important. If you’re working a full time job and doing this for extra income, that will be great, but I will have bookings that are back to back and need your cleaning skills as soon as one guest leaves to be prepared for the next guest. I cannot turn down a booking and will need a ‘can do’ attitude to make it work out. A professional security background and credit check will be completed. References required. Any questions or doubts in your background that might be viewed less than positive should be discussed in the interview so that we both can determine if this position is a good fit for each of us. For communications we can talk on the phone and/or text via SMS or iMessage. Initially, it will also be necessary to take pics on completion of each cleaning to confirm everything is in order for guests. You will be compensated as an independent contract worker and compensation will be $60 for two bdrm/$45 for one bdrm. For the credit/background check I will withhold half ($20) from your first cleaning. After 6 months of satisfactory service I will reimburse the $20. This is my first endeavor in the short term rental market and I am looking forward to it. I think it could be very enjoyable for us and our guests. I believe these units are homes you can take pride in your work and receive wonderful feedback from the guests for a job well done. If interested please call, text or e-mail.

On the fulfillment of Ether 3:98
From: Dwight Burford

On the fulfillment of Ether 3:98
February 19, 2018
Dear Family and Friends,
The day before yesterday, on February 17, I was reminded of a vision I had been given exactly two years earlier. At about 6 a.m. on February 17, 2016, I awoke to a vision of a massive storm, like a large hurricane, as it was moving across the U.S. What I was shown compelled me to tell my wife, Pam, in that moment we awoke, “It’s beginning!”
Alongside this massive storm, a much smaller storm also appeared in the vision. I was given to know that this smaller storm was the 2007 Greensburg tornado and that it was also present in the vision to provide perspective in terms of the relative size of these storms. (Here is a link to some information about that Greensburg tornado.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tornado_outbreak_of_May_4%E2%80%936,_2007
So I looked more closely and saw that the Greensburg tornado was very small and relatively insignificant when compared to this massive storm yet to come. To be clear, the storm that is coming upon this land is going to be much more devastating and cover a much larger part of the country.
Along with the vision there came a knowledge of the authority by which this judgment would come upon America. To explain, I need to go back several days before this vision was given.
On the Friday before (on February 12, 2016) at around 7 p.m. Germany time (or noon CST), I checked into an airport hotel in Hamburg, Germany. When I got to my hotel room, as is my custom I knelt beside the bed and thanked the Lord for my safety and salvation and asked Him to make the room a sanctuary for my rest that night. I then opened my suitcase and took out my travel set of scriptures for a worship center on the lampstand next to the bed.
As I picked up my pocket 1908 edition of the Book of Mormon, a particular verse came to mind. So, I opened it and was amazed to find that I had turned right to that very verse. When I read it, a strong impress came upon me, affirming to me that what I was reading in the verse to which I had been directed was relevant to that day.
This scripture was Helaman 3:65, which is about Nephi telling the people in his day that their chief judge had been murdered. A very sobering witness came over me as I read this passage, like a foreboding warning.
The next day, Saturday, February 13, I stayed in Amsterdam. The warning I had received the night before stayed with me all day, so much so that after checking into my hotel room in Amsterdam and praying as is my custom, I reviewed several news sites on web. That is when I learned that Judge Antonin Scalia reportedly died sometime in the night or early morning of the 13th. (Here is a link to some information about Judge Scalia.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonin_Scalia
The news reports not only appeared to confirm the witness I had received the evening before, but they also gripped me with a very deep sense of somberness and sadness, causing my thoughts to go to Ether 3:98.
98 Wherefore the Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you, that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this secret combination which shall be among you, or wo be unto it, because of the blood of them who have been slain; for they cry from the dust for vengeance upon it, and also upon those who build it up.
After looking around on the web some more, I emailed my wife, Pam, to tell her about the experience and how I had been shown, less than a day before his death, that Judge Scalia had been murdered by a secret combination (or perhaps more than one). When I returned home on the 15th, I was still troubled by what I had been shown. My concern was reinforced when I read some online articles about the unusual way in which his death was handled (e.g. no autopsy, a death certificate issued without an examination of the body, etc.). Such irregularities made the handling of Judge Scalia’s death suspicious in and of itself, and served to reinforced the understanding given to me the prior day that a secret combination had been responsible for his death.
Returning now to the vision I received on February 17, 2016: In the vision I was shown that this same Nephi, the one speaking in Helaman 3:65, was the one who showed me this vision on the 17th. Also, it was confirmed to me that Nephi is still under the particular authority of the covenant relationship with God that is outlined for us in the same chapter of Helaman in verses 3:114-124:
114 And it came to pass as he was thus pondering, being much cast down because of the wickedness of the people of the Nephites, their secret works of darkness, and their murderings, and their plunderings, and all manner of iniquities – and it came to pass as he was thus pondering in his heart, behold, a voice came unto him, saying,
115 Blessed art thou, Nephi, for those things which thou hast done; for I have beheld how thou hast with unwearyingness declared the word which I have given unto thee, unto this people.
116 And thou hast not feared them, and hast not sought thine own life, but have sought my will, and to keep my commandments.
117 And now because thou hast done this with such unwearyingness, behold, I will bless thee for ever; and I will make thee mighty in word and in deed, in faith and in works; yea, even that all things shall be done unto thee according to thy word, for thou shalt not ask that which is contrary to my will.
118 Behold, thou art Nephi, and I am God.
119 Behold, I declare it unto thee in the presence of mine angels, that ye shall have power over this people, and shall smite the earth with famine, and with pestilence, and destruction, according to the wickedness of this people.
120 Behold, I give unto you power, that whatsoever ye shall seal on earth, shall be sealed in heaven; and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven; and thus shall ye have power among this people.
121 And thus, if ye shall say unto this temple, It shall be rent in twain, it shall be done.
122 And if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou cast down and become smooth, it shall be done.
123 And behold, if ye shall say, God shall smite this people, it shall come to pass.
124 And now behold, I command you that ye shall go and declare unto this people that, Thus saith the Lord God, who is Almighty, except ye repent, ye shall be smitten, even unto destruction.
Briefly stated, this holy man (like those mentioned in the Words of Mormon 1:23-27), who is under a special covenant relationship with God, still has authority to call for judgments upon this land according to the word of God. It will be done even as he prays for the purpose of bringing about the work of righteousness in these latter days, especially that of establishing Zion. Said another way, Nephi still serves in the capacity outlined in the covenant the Lord made with him.
This revelation came as a great comfort to me, knowing that a holy priesthood is overseeing the judgments to come. Thus, we can be sure the willing and obedient will be gathered together on Zion’s holy hill, both to be preserved and to build up the waste places of Zion in order that they might prepare themselves for the coming of the Lord (see Genesis 7:69,70 IV with III Nephi 13:38-62 etc.).
To sum up, it is my understanding that the secret combinations involved in Judge Scalia’s death have also murdered other leaders and citizens in their quest to own and rule the planet. And I am concerned that there could soon be, and most likely will be, more murders of those who stand in their way, ranging from leaders of countries to individual citizens and groups of citizens.
It also appears to me at this point that their murderous exploits are what will bring the coming judgments upon the nation (per Ether 3:96-102), which have been revealed to many as massive storms and disturbances upon the land (cf. D&C 43:5a-6d). Why? There are those, like Nephi, who are charged by God to seal both on earth and in heaven the unbelieving and rebellious through such judgments (Helaman 3:120-124). From D&C 1:2c-2e we read:
D&C1:2c And verily, I say unto you, that they who go forth, bearing these tidings unto the inhabitants of the earth, to them is power given to seal, both on earth and in heaven, the unbelieving and rebellious; (see Helaman 3:120)
2d yea, verily, to seal them up unto the day when the wrath of God shall be poured out upon the wicked without measure;
2e unto the day when the Lord shall come to recompense unto every man according to his work, and measure to every man according to the measure which he has measured to his fellow man. (compare with Luke 6:36-38)
Of truth, the Lord is bringing timely warnings to His people to prepare them for what is coming. My hope and prayer are that everyone will heed the warnings and prepare accordingly. Note that the most important preparation is spiritual, to get right with God in all things, and to treat everyone we meet justly and mercifully by walking humbly with God (Micah 6:8,9). And remember, as it is so plainly stated in voice of warning above, the reward each of us receives from the Lord will be according to the reward we gave to others while in this life.
God’s richest blessings in Jesus Christ to you all as we see the day of the Lord approaching (Hebrews 10:22-39),

119 Behold, I declare it unto thee in the presence of mine angels, that ye shall have power over this people, and shall smite the earth with famine, and with pestilence, and destruction, according to the wickedness of this people.

Fundraiser for the Cozarts
Message for 2/16/2018

Message for 2/16/2018
Dear Ones,
As we begin to comprehend the full measure of the blessings we have received from the Lord, we will begin to ask as the psalmist: “What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me?” (Psalm 116:12).
A young man, recently married, told me of losing and finding the fuel tank cap on his skid-loader. He had refueled and had neglected to replace the cap. It had jiggled off as he worked over quite a large area. It was pitch dark when he discovered the loss. He was concerned that he might get dirt in the fuel. He prayed as he began to search with a flashlight; “Lord, I will owe you one if you help me find the cap.” His prayer was answered a short time later, when he stepped on the cap!
How can we repay God? King Benjamin answered this question; “…all that he requires of you, is to keep his commandments…for which if ye do, he doth immediately bless you; and therefore, he hath paid you. And ye are still indebted unto him; and are, and will be, for ever and ever…” (Mosiah 1:55-59).
John wrote: “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me; and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Judas saith unto him (not Iscariot), Lord, how is it thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words; and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him” (John 14:21-23). What a joyous relationship that will be! “…in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore” (Psalm 16:11).
Jesus pleased the heavenly Father. He was introduced by the Father upon several occasions, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear ye him” (Matthew 3:46 IV; 3:17 KJV, Matthew 17:4 IV; 17:5 KJV; 3 Nephi 5:8; History of the Church Volume 1, page 9).
Jesus said, “…I do nothing of myself; but as the Father hath taught me, I speak these things. And he that sent me is with me; the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him” (John 8:28-29).
As in all things, Jesus is our example. We should emulate the relationship he had with the Father. Jesus was with the Father. The Father taught him what to speak. He always did those things that pleased the Father. We should strive to have a similar relationship with the Father. Jesus prayed, “…as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us” (John 17:21). We should covet this wonderful, intimate relationship with the Father and the Son!
Is such a relationship possible for mortals to achieve? Yes! By faith Enoch was translated that he should not taste death; and was not found, because God translated him [and his city]; for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God” (Hebrews 11:5), (Genesis 7:27 IV; 5:24 KJV).
When I think of those who have exemplified requited love, or of those who have demonstrated the reciprocation of the love of Christ, I think of Mary and her alabaster box of ointment. Jesus said of her, “her sins which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much” (Luke 7:47). I also recall the testimony of Nicky Cruz, a famous gang member in New York City, who shouted, “I was no good. I was just a piece of meat! Then Jesus picked me up, cleaned me up, sanctified me and made me a child of The King! O’Jesus, I love you!”
Love to All,
Francis Harper

Unrequited Love
(Love not returned)
The words, unrequited love, were impressed upon my mind by the Holy Spirit. They were repeated to me again and again. It is not unusual for me to be given unknown words and phrases of scripture by the Spirit. One of the functions of the Spirit is to teach. Jesus said “…the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” (John 14:26).
The words of truth and knowledge being taught by the Spirit are often repeated over and over again for emphasis. The Comforter has brought passages of scripture to my mind with which I have not been previously familiar. Scripture such as “Without shedding of blood is no remission” (Hebrews 9:22) and “For here have we no continuing city” (Hebrews 13:14) were unknown to me before the Spirit brought them to my mind and emphasized them. After the Spirit reveals and emphasizes specific scriptural passages in this way I open the Scriptures to study them and to firmly implant them in my mind.
I could not find the word unrequited in the Scriptures, nor could I find the word unrequited in my Webster’s new Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1973. Finally this illusive word was found in Roget’s International Thesaurus, Fourth Edition. The meaning of the word is unpaid or unthankful. Why would the Holy Spirit bring this unknown word to me with such emphasis that I will never be able to forget it? Surely it is because none of us are as grateful as we should be for the Lord’s ultimate sacrifice on the cross and the multitude of other blessings he bestows upon us. We rarely return our love to him as we should!
Perhaps you can recall the hymn; “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross, and the final words: “Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all” (Hymns of the Saints, #265). The person who penned these words was gratefully responding to the love of the Savior as we should. This is requited love.
On Wednesday evening, February 7, 2018, as I was being checked out at the grocery store the charges totaled up to $32.71 and I had only $25.00 in my billfold! I had my credit card but in my frustration I did not think of it. I was holding up the line. I was frustrated. The man in the line behind me kindly offered to pay the additional $7.71 I owed. I asked for his name and promised to repay him for his generosity. He said, “How often do we have an opportunity to help someone?”
The next morning, I searched in the Harrison County Directory for my benefactor’s address. I planned to send him a thank you note and $10.00. Then I discovered I did not have any thank you notes on hand. I would need to purchase some. I decided to do my shopping at the local Dollar General. As I entered this store, I was amazed to see the person who had befriended me the night before, checking out with a couple of 6-packs of pop. I walked up to him and handed him a $10.00 bill and thanked him in person! We were both surprised to meet again so soon! Our meeting was more than coincidental; it was the precise timing of the Lord! I am convinced the Lord arranged this blessed encounter with my friend. Within a minute or so he would have been gone and we would have missed one another! This was one of those “God Winks” experiences.
I wondered. Are we as anxious to express our gratitude to God for all his benefits as I was to thank a stranger for paying $7.71 on my grocery bill? Gratitude is the precursor of love.
As King Benjamin said: “O how had you ought to thank your heavenly king!...if ye should serve him with all your whole soul, yet ye would be unprofitable servants” (Mosiah 1:51-54).
Paul wrote: “…in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves…disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy” (2 Timothy 3:2). Unrequited love is a sign of the times in which we live. Let your hearts be full of thanks every day, all day. Alma wrote: “Yea, when thou liest down at night, lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning, let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day” (Alma 17:70).
