Foss Family Farm has pigs ready for the butcher.
We raise non-confinement pigs on locally grown grain, skim milk and garden produce. No growth hormones and no antibiotics. Currently, we have 2 pigs still available out of our group that is going to the Higginsville processing plant on September 17th. The meat would be marked with your name in the cooler and then cut and packaged to your specifications. We sell half or whole, our price is $1.25 per lb on the hanging weight and you pay processing fees to the butcher. We also sell Angus beef, but we're currently sold out for the year and are taking orders for Spring 2019.
