Content of Character Series Conference

Hi, Everyone,

I attended the first day-long Content of Character Series Conference in Kansas City, September 14, 2017. I went as an elected member of the Jackson County Republican Committee after one of our Black committee members told the committee about the conference. The committee sponsored a table for eight to attend. There was a 50-50 mix of Blacks and Whites to hear several speakers on the topic of reconciliation and reaching common ground together. It was an amazing, wonderful, enlightening, life-changing time together.

I am on the email list for The Salt and Light Council that held the conference and just received this revealing set of videos. I hope you will be as informed and encouraged as I was to listen to what is emerging from the Black community. God is doing wonderful things these days. I have much more to share about those, but for now, I am passing along this little bit.
