Need help reaching your health and wellness goals?
I am an RN, health coach working toward national board certification. I am required to do 50 sessions of health coaching between December 20 and January 29.
I am offering free coaching during this time. The sessions are 30 minutes every other week. You would need to be available on a Tuesday or Thursday. The coaching will be done over the phone or online.
