Skilled Carpenter(s)/Plumber or HVAC Tech is needed
From among Restoration retired Skilled Carpenters, a 100% Disabled Navy Veteran and Elder needs volunteer assistance in demolishing a 1 floor stairway to the basement and building from 17' 2"x12" stringers a replacement stairway, (12-16 hours est.) with an incidental 2 wall porch enclosure and outside door placement (12 hours est.).
Also, a volunteer licensed plumber or licensed HVAC Tech, is needed to place hookups with valves onto the basement natural gas pipe, so new gas appliances can be added (2-3 hours est.).
