From: Charlie & Susan Booth

Special Prayer Request for Debbie Tiffey

Dear Saints,

Thank you so much for continued prayers for the Tiffey family following the loss of Rick Tiffey (Woodbine Restoration Branch) on December 23 in a tragic car accident in Iowa.

Debbie Tiffey is in need of special prayers. She is suffering from complications due to injuries she sustained in the car accident. A cut below her knee has become infected and the doctors are treating it as though it is a possible bone infection. Her doctor has restricted her to stay off her feet and she is not able to go to work, etc. Please pray for her immediate healing as well as peace and well-being at this already difficult time.

May God bless each one.

Juicing help needed

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Muriel Luedeman

Juicing help needed

I am looking for volunteers who have experience in juicing raw fruits and vegetables, and are available to start a juicing program for cancer patients who want to rebuild their immune system. An anti-cancer regimen requires the patient have several small portions of freshly prepare juice a day. One every three hours. This can be extremely daunting for people who have little or no experience with a stringent diet for boosting the immune system.

There may be a group somewhere that does this. I know of none. It would be good to start one. It would be good to have a knowledgeable integrated medical professional on board to advise the volunteers in this ministry.

Around and About the Centre Place by High Priest Paul Gage Independence, MO
Greetings and God's richest blessings upon each of you. Does anyone remember, Y2K in 2000? Remember how most people of the world were very scared as to what was being said by many others, that the world might be coming to an end. Everyone was stocking up on the physical things they thought they would need.....just in case. I wonder how many "stocked up" on the spiritual things of life. From the way the world and people have turned away from the Lord in the last 14 years, it seems very obvious that very few did much spiritual growing then or since.
And here we are, nearly through January, and there is all kind of talk, opinions, books written, dvd's made, etc. that are stirring up the minds of those who hear about them. Jewish Feast Days, solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, Blood Moons, the Shemittah, etc. While all these topics are very interesting, I believe the Lord would remind us to make sure we are grounded on HIM, the Solid Rock of our salvation. Though certainly not an expert on the above topics, I have read the books that are out and seen two dvd's about the Harbinger and the Blood Moons. Even though all those topics are a part of God's creative powers, the thing that has many people excited is the strong connection to the Jewish Feast Days. We know the Jews were and are chosen by God to fulfill His purposes and so anything related to that should get our attention.
The one thing that the authors of the Blood Moons, the Harbinger, and the Mystery of the Shemittah, all say, at the end of their books is that they are not making predictions and they don't know if anything unusual will happen, but that WE must each one individually be ready when the Lord returns in His glory. The real point to be made is the same point of decision that Adam and Eve made in the Garden of Eden, do we, I, follow God and obey His commandments, or do we, I, follow my own path. To follow God means we are entitled to His blessings, as He promises and to disobey is to reap the whirlwind of our wrong decisions. Obedience to God brings blessing, disobedience results in warning and/or judgment.
The Conference of Restoration Elders and Pastors of Zion continue to work together to bring ministry to the Saints in the Centre Place. This year, this will involve priesthood gatherings, gatherings for all the Saints, the annual Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, and the in-town reunion in June.
Missionary efforts continue around the world. African Restoration Ministries recently completed another mission to Africa, Latin American Missions Board completed a mission to Honduras for the annual conference there, and South East Asia and Australian Ministries had a mission to the Philippines with Murray and Delma Broughton, and Brother Leo Carroll and I will be in Australia from Feb. 13-April 8, 2015.
Center Place Restoration School (CPRS) is now half way through this school year with first year administrator, Elder John Larson. You can learn more about CPRS by going to the website which is
The month of February is often thought of as the "Love Month" with Valentine Day. Certainly, love is a great key principle of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the major reason He came to earth, (John 3:16-17).
The two Great Commandments as found in Matthew, Mark, and Luke are vital to our relationship with God and with each other. May we desire to learn, and learn to love as God loves us.
A Family Testimony. submitted by Sr. Monique Hummel
Though the following testimony focuses around my son Seth, I call it Our Family Testimony because of the many wonderful things that also happened to our family.
Late afternoon in November of this year (the end of Spring 2014 in Australia) Seth (who’s 12) and his brothers, Ethan & Jacob (16 & 14), had been skateboarding together when Seth ‘stacked’ badly, hurting his right arm, head and chest. Initially he was very upset and hurt but following rest and lots of ice packs he seemed fine continuing to skate with his two older brothers. The following day we took him to our local doctor to have him assessed and although she initially determined that nothing was ‘broken’ she sent Seth for x-rays as a precaution.
Seth did indeed have two fractures in his right hand which was treated and then we were sent home. The doctor was very surprised by the x-ray results as Seth had not been upset or complaining of pain. Two days later Seth began vomiting and was again assessed to determine if he had suffered concussion as a result of his initial skateboard crash. No problems were identified until another few days later when Seth presented with a few more problems which were ‘suggested’ to be symptoms of a ‘gastro’ infection.
After another week of check-ups and Seth’s condition failing to improve I decided to take him to our local hospital. By the time we reached the Emergency Department Seth was shutting down fast. He could barely walk and his body was trembling. He complained of feeling cold though he was sweating profusely.
After waiting 3 ½ hours to be seen, the doctor proceeded with a series of tests and it became obvious to me that she was unsure of what to do. Seth’s Dad Travis, had his appendix burst not long after we were married and having seen his behaviour, I tried to explain to the doctor that I believed Seth may have the same problem. I also knew of Travis’ family history, many relatives having also required emergency surgery for their appendix. Despite my ‘pushing’ them to check I was ‘assured’ that “It does not run in families.” After much frustration (for myself), Seth was eventually tested by another doctor who appeared to have more of an idea of what he was doing. Unfortunately, by this time Seth’s condition had become life threatening and we were rushed to another hospital by ambulance because the local hospital isn’t equipped to treat children.
At this time Travis was contacting family and friends for help, while I travelled with Seth. It was about this time that we (Seth & I) began to calm down and joke about all the crazy events leading up to this. (It was then that I believe many people had begun praying for us). It was an AWESOME feeling. It was like being completely surrounded by comfort. We were calm and everything seemed to have slowed down for us while those around us were in ‘fast forward.’
We had to wait an hour for the ambulance which took another hour to get us to the Emergency Department of the Adelaide Women & Children’s Hospital. After arriving Seth was again assessed and had to have more blood work and testing done because the first hospital had failed to pass on any information.
From then on everything just followed like standard procedure. Seth was a little concerned about the effects of drugs on his body – it took some explaining from the doctors to assure him that “it’s ok to use medication/drugs in some situations.” Once he understood, he finally requested some pain relief. Shortly afterward I had to laugh when he asked me about a picture posted on the room wall – it was of a monkey and not a very clear print but Seth thought the medication had affected him badly and asked if “the monkey was fuzzy!”
We met some surgeons and they quickly (time being an issue) explained the procedure they wished to perform and I had to sign paperwork consenting for them to do so immediately. For hours I wondered if I would come to regret making this decision. The surgery itself should have taken about an hour (I was told) and after 3 ¾ hours I was breaking down. Seth’s surgeon appeared first, wanting to explain the situation to me, before I saw Seth.
He explained that he performs surgery like Seth’s approximately 450 times a year but that Seth was among the worst cases he had ever seen. He added that on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being dead) that Seth was about a 9 ½. The surgeon said that though he did not want to frighten me, he did need me to understand that Seth was and would continue to be ‘critical’ for the next few days.
I was totally calm and relaxed which I think led many people to believe that I did not understand the seriousness of the situation. We were in the centre of a large crowd who all focussed on us, and the intensity of the situation was removed. I saw our hospital room from above (I don’t know if I was awake or not), and a large faceless crowd surrounding Seth’s bed while hospital staff came and went as they attended to Seth’s needs.
Over the next 8 days Seth and I met teams of surgeons, doctors and medical people every day. All coming to talk with us about Seth’s procedure. He was called “The Case of the Year” – which we were later told was because he came so close to death (they thought) and yet healed so quickly. They were baffled!
There were many ‘ups and downs.’ Seth waking up after surgery, was horrified to discover that he couldn’t get out of bed and that he had tubes coming out of him – at every angle. Sleep was difficult at first, because Seth had so many nurses watching him and monitoring his condition. As he improved, the number of medical people assessing him slowed down and we got used to sleeping with noise and being in a strange place. As complications arose, we sent out messages asking for prayers and every prayer was answered.
We spent our time talking about all the different colours of vomit and even joked about finding a frog in the swamp that was his bed after a particularly rough night. Each day the goal was to improve enough to remove a tube or machine. This also gave us something to focus on.
We were horrified to learn that we were looking at 2 ½ to 3 weeks in hospital (this was another prayer request and we were out in 8 days). Seth’s progress was off the charts for his condition and this caused more interest around the hospital and more curious faces visiting “The Case of the Year.” Our next prayer answered came in the form of a huge man named Greg who looked like a biker that you wouldn’t want to meet in an alley on a dark night.
He was Seth’s nurse and he was awesome! He immediately confronted anyone who entered Seth’s room and was very supportive of Seth’s desire for privacy. He was so good that Seth slept right through having his fingers pierced with a needle each night to test his blood sugar levels.
Meanwhile, Travis who had earlier this year been made redundant, was trying to finish his studies to begin work in a new role in an Adelaide prison. Ethan and Jacob, our other sons, managed to keep our house running while organising lifts to and from school and keeping up with the house work and grocery shopping. They were pretty awesome also. Our friends rotated visits with our family so that we had someone to see every day. Seth also managed to graduate from Grade 7 (in his underwear) when two of his school teachers came to visit and performed an official graduation ceremony just for him. His class sent cards and gifts and this was another wonderful boost to his progress.
We were overwhelmed by the support of family and friends and the Saints throughout the world who continued to send messages of love & support. I believe it was a combination of many little things that reassured us that God was in control. Each day brought new challenges and as we prayed and asked for prayers, they were answered.
The most wonderful things happened to us during this time. Not only did God answer our prayers but I felt as though more than we asked for, was being done. We asked for a good surgeon and got one, but he showed up wearing Seth’s favourite brand of clothing (and Seth trusted him right away). The Children’s Ward that we should have gone to was full and we ended up in the Adolescent Ward which had television and access to the internet, a DVD library and a play lady (paid to entertain the patients). We also had our own room. I got a bed each night instead of a chair to sleep on. I was able to shower daily which was nice and the hospital gave me breakfast each morning.
Seth was readmitted a week later with complications and we felt sure that we were in for another week. This both frightened and annoyed us very much because we were then placed in the ward that Seth should have originally been in. It was awful, lots of babies crying all of the time, lights on all night, rude staff who checked Seth only half of what they should have been and finally a doctor who suggested that as ‘country people’ we were unaware of proper medical care and would not be leaving the hospital for several days. Family who had helped us to cope earlier were travelling interstate and many other friends were working at this time.
I was devastated and immediately called for prayers. I could not see how we would cope stuck here for the next few days. And yet again, our prayers were answered! Seth’s surgeon arrived (within an hour) and told Seth that he heard we were back in hospital. He said Seth looked awesome and asked did we want to go home. He could not find what had caused Seth to start vomiting again but said that it did not matter, Seth was clearly fine now and free to go. This man had more authority than the doctor we had seen earlier and he immediately proceeded to discharge Seth. Our bags were packed within minutes. With $20 in my pocket, I wasn’t sure how to go about getting home but we trusted that God would again help us out. I called a taxi who arrived about 2 minutes after my call. He dropped us at the train station for $6.50 and the train heading for home announced its departure within 8 minutes. We had just enough time to buy tickets for $10.20 and board the train. We made it home safe and sound in less than an hour and for under $20. God is Good!
To everyone who supported us, THANK YOU! Your prayers were and are greatly appreciated. Monique Hummel
Missionary Trip to the Philippines - Oct.-Nov.2014. submitted by Elder Murray Broughton
We left Australia for the Philippines on Sunday 19th October and started on the Monday with visiting, administration for the sick and study at 7 p.m. .On Tuesday, we went to Baguio City for 2 days. Wednesday was a preaching service at 3 p.m., Virginia took the church school, and at 7 p.m. we held a bible study. This format continued on the following days. On Sunday we held Communion and Sunday school. There were 27 children present. After lunch we took communion to others who couldn’t come, and at 7 p.m. we enjoyed singing hymns and sacred songs and Bible questions. We were able to assist many people financially; to visit the doctor, for medications and medical check up and a young lady with a lump in her breast for an operation and an elderly man who has a cancer They had received administration as well. November 1 is All Saint's day in the Philippines and we went to the cemetery. It is their tradition to go and visit the graves of their loved ones and we shared prayers with some of the people there. We also helped Saints with money to return to their homes, and one sister borrowed from us to rebuild a little house which they lost in the last typhoon..We walked uphill and downhill and visited some people I had never met before. A young lady has a 2 year old daughter, her husband had left her. Bro.Ace de Vera and Bro.Julius Candido were with me and we talked with her about the gospel and the church. This young lady walked with her daughter in her arms to come to church to have her blessed, and came again before I left, for a communion service. Many needed a prayer and help. We had a baptism in Agno Mission with Janelle Natino making her covenant to serve the Lord. We left Agno on Monday the 10th of November at 7 p.m. for Manila and arrived next morning..I felt I needed a rest, I coughed a bit through the night. My hearing got to that stage I couldn’t hear people talking, or what they were talking about. I had ear ache. I went to the Doctor and was told that I had an ear infection and was put on antibiotics. Although I had an ear infection it didn’t stop me visiting people in Trece Martirez .We had study at 7 p.m. every night. We had three baptisms in a private swimming pool there and the saints came from Antipolo to be with us and have communion together. We also had our business meeting and all is going well. Praise the Lord ! We arrived back in Australia on 23rd November and we both were sick for 2 weeks .I thank the Lord that before Christmas, my hearing was back to normal and Delma was fine and I am now waiting for my upcoming operation. Thank you to all who gave money for the poor and needy and for your prayers. Please remember us in your prayers along with Elder Geoff and Sr. Elma Grayden.
Tamworth News submitted by Sr.Bev.Wilkinson
Greetings from Tamworth and a Happy Blessed New Year 2015. During December, 2014 we gathered to worship and to sing Carols. Elder Danny Archer came home for holidays and on 21st December he and Elder Peter Archer presided over our Communion and Worship Service. Elder Danny gave the address, speaking of the signs of the birth of our Lord in ancient America, the faith of the believers and the days of light, Jesus being the Light and Life of the World. Elder Danny said: “It is my prayer that the true saints will continue in faithfulness”.
Elder Danny presided over the Prayer Service on Wednesday 31st December 2014, and we prayed for many saints and friends. We especially prayed for Seth Hummel, his parents Travis & Monique, and brothers Ethan and Jacob, during this time of anxiety over Seth’s burst appendix. It is with thankfulness and joy that we hear of his complete recovery. Praise the Lord!
Danny travelled back home to Sydney on New Year’s Day. On Sunday 4th January 2015, Peter and Helen gave the family worship. Peter welcomed us in the name of our precious Lord and Saviour and Helen read “Knowing God” by Mrs C B. Freeman . Our class, Translations of Joseph Smith the Sixth Angel, has been most enlightening and enjoyable. Elder Peter spoke on “Faith for a New year 2015, Faithfulness and Endurance”.
On Sunday 11th January Elder Peter spoke on King Benjamin, a spiritual leader who taught repentance, humility and forgiveness. We must forgive to be forgiven no matter how hard it seems. Elder Peter said the very basis of our spiritual life is forgiveness and without it all would be anarchy and hate. Forgive seventy times seven. As Jesus hung on the cross he said “Father forgive them for they know not what they do”. Luke 23-35. What great mercy and love!
Bob and I drove to Port Macquarie to celebrate our daughter Leanne’s birthday on 15th January and to welcome our Granddaughter Sidonie’s return from her 2014 Gap year in England. Sidonie will be attending Sydney University during 2015.
Elder Peter presided over the Worship Service on Sunday 18th January 2015. Peter said “We have two choices; truth or lies”. Who will we serve?. Peter based his sermon on Section 43-5a 6d He ended by saying “hear, trust and obey”.

Kelvin View Mission News submitted by Elder G,D. Grayden, Pastor Kelvin View, Victoria.
We have continued to meet weekly for worship and preaching. As we face a new year, some challenges face us. Attendance has fallen off and we will join in a program entitled “Church Attendance”.
We still are blessed with the use of the Kevin View Hall in which we meet for services and this is a wonderful blessing. It always presents a very church appearance and our thanks go to Srs.Delma Grayden & Betty Broughton for their decoration of beautiful flowers. The weekly Bulletin continues, and is posted to any absent members.
Our deacon, Bro.Dirk Waasdorp has been in hospital for open heart surgery and we pray for his complete recovery.
Mark Exton, son of Bob & Nola Exton, has also been in hospital for surgery and we pray that he will be much better now that he is home.
The Pastor is to commence a preaching series, “Man Here and Hereafter”. This was the title of a book by Br.Walter Howarth, who at one time was President of the Australian Mission.
Bro.Murray Broughton is waiting for a medical appointment to have a cancerous lump removed from his nose.
We wish all the saints, God’s richest blessings for this new year in the work of Christ and the Restoration.
God Bless.
Forthcoming Visit to Australia submitted by High Priest Paul Gage Independence, MO
G'Day! Beloved Saints of Australia, As you may or may not know, I and my traveling Elder minister are planning on visiting Australia this year. We leave the US on Wed. Feb.11, 2015 and will be there through the reunion in April, returning on April 8, 2015. We will fly into Sydney and then to Tamworth and then do the best we can to visit as many saints as possible.
My fellow traveler is Elder Clarence "Leo" Carroll. We all call him Leo. Leo and his wife, Clareen, gathered to the Center Place in Sept. 2012 from Michigan. The Lord not only directed them to gather, but to come to Waldo Avenue Restoration Branch. Leo and I have developed a wonderful relationship in the Lord as we have traveled together about six or so times here in the US. He will have much ministry and many testimonies to share with all of you.
While we do not know what our exact schedule will be while there, we do want to visit each branch and however many Saints as time will permit. We are both very eager to meet and greet the Saints and to see the beauties and wonders of Australia. Leo maintains that he is going to take a ride in the pouch of a kangaroo, so if anyone knows of a very friendly big red, keep Leo in mind.

Prayers please for Greg Bird

Prayers are needed for Heather (Owen) Bird's husband Greg. He has been on our prayer chain in the past. This young man is suffering from Chrons disease. At the present time his blood count and platelet levels are very low and he is running a fever. Greg has been sick now for over a week and the doctors are running more blood work to check his counts, they should have these results back tomorrow, Monday the latest. The medicine they have Greg taking for Chron's is known to weaken the immune system and cause certain cancers.

Please keep Greg in your prayers

Thank you

Prayers for Gage

Prayers for Gage

Please pray for my grand nephew in Michigan. His name is GAGE. He is 16 years old. He has a vascular auto immune disease that is attacking his lungs and kidneys. He was hospitalized on Sunday with what they thought was pneumonia (diagnosed earlier in the week and put on a z-pack which did not help him at all by his pediatrician) but the hospital doctors quickly discovered that he was bleeding in his lungs, the red blood cell count was at half of what it should be, and his kidneys were shutting down due to this disease. This is a life altering disease and Gage is really struggling not only physically but emotionally as well over all that has happened to him in such a short time.

He is such a neat kid! He's done trips to Haiti with his family to build homes and put up rain catchers for the people there to have water. He raised much of the money for his plane fair by selling his own "toys" that boys his age want.

Today (Wednesday) his numbers that were up are now back to the original numbers when he was admitted to the hospital. He needs a miracle! Please put him on your prayer lists in your congregations that his lungs will heal, his kidneys not be damaged, and that he be encouraged.Thank you so much!

Announcing the Restoration Scriptures Three-in-One

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Paul Ludy

Announcing the Restoration Scriptures Three-in-One

Cumorah Books, Inc., and the Scripture Committee announce the forthcoming publication of the Restoration Scriptures Three-in-One.

Announcing - The Restoration Scriptures Three-in-One!

Cumorah Books, Inc., and the Scripture Committee announce the forthcoming publication of a new
Three-in-One containing the Inspired Version of the Bible, 1908 Book of Mormon, and Book of Doctrine and Covenants (through Section 144). We plan to have books available by the fall of 2015.

The RLDS Church and the Community of Christ have been the only publishers of the Scriptures as a Three-in-One, but publication stopped several years ago. Many Saints have expressed an interest in again being able to purchase the Three-in-One.

Representatives of the following groups were invited to a meeting on the Three-in-One on August 31, 2012:

Book of Mormon Foundation
Conference of Restoration Elders
Cumorah Books, Inc.
Joint Conference of Restoration Branches
Price Publishing Company
Quetzal Archaeology Center
Remnant Church of Jesus Christ
Restoration Hymn Society, Inc.
Zion Bound, Inc.
(plus a few individuals from Restoration branches and the Community of Christ).

Ten people participated at the initial meeting. Since then, a Scripture Committee has met nearly every other week, with eight or nine people taking part in most meetings. The committee includes Scott Bingman, Charlie Booth (for the Inspired Version and Doctrine and Covenants phases), Tara Broadway, Beryle Immer, Bob Immer, Dee Ludy, Paul Ludy, Aaron Rhoads (for the Book of Mormon phase), Jon Tandy, and Gary Whiting.

Several others have met with the committee a few times and given valuable assistance. In addition, many Saints have been involved in reading the text which the committee approved.

Early in the process, the committee confirmed that the text of the Scriptures is in the public domain and
available to reprint. The committee agreed on the following:

The Three-in-One should include the Inspired Version, 1908 Book of Mormon, and Doctrine and Covenants through Section 144.

The Scripture text should be as correct as possible.

We will include descriptive headings for all sections and chapters.

For widest acceptance, the Three-in-One should be published independently from any particular “church organization.”

The editing process has been quite lengthy because of the various editions and printings of the Scriptures. The committee found that different printings of the Inspired Version have some variations in wording. The same is true of the 1908 Edition of the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants. The committee prayerfully compared and evaluated those differences to produce this Three-in-One.

The Restoration Scriptures Three-in-One will contain the familiar text of the Scriptures in a convenient and easy-to-read format.

We invite you to consider ordering books now for yourself, family members, and friends.

Prayer request for Olivia

This summer I had mentioned a coworker's friends daughter. I would like to ask for prayers for Olivia once again. After the struggles with her heart and lungs, my coworker got a call today that she passed out and was unconscious for 45 minutes while they performed CPR. She is currently on a coma, she's only 10. I'm sure this is a very stressful time for her parents and little brother. I would ask for prayers.

> Financial Exploitation of Elders
> The elderly are often targeted by unscrupulous people who take the elders' savings, investments, cars, even their homes and their identities. Financial exploitation of elders is a crime. In 2010 there were 450,000 new reported cases of fraud resulting in losses of $2.9B. Victims of financial abuse have several common characteristics. They frequently live alone or with a single caregiver. Dementia, restricted mobility, and failing health are other common factors. Women between the ages of 80-89 are the most frequent victims but anyone over 65 counts as elderly in the eyes of the law. The perpetrators are sometimes professional criminals; too often they are caregivers or family members.

Laptop computer needed

We have been working on a Cebuano translation of the Book of Mormon for our members in the Philippines. The work has progressed well until recently when the computer that was being used ran into difficulties. We expect the project to continue for a few more months, so we have a need for a computer that can be transported to the Philippines. If you have such a device that could be available for this project for a few months, please let me know. Thank you.

Prophecy given through Arthur Oakman Spring 1974 -- Wichita,Kansas

After sending this out to many of my lists I received several replies that questioned the validity of it. One reply even said that Arthur Oakman was not in Wichita at that time. Then I received the message below from Jim Crawford which proves that the prophecy is true. Jim even offered to take your emails or phone calls if you have questions.

Jim Crawford

I was at the Central Congregation in Wichita the evening Arthur Oakman gave that revelation. Central tried to deny he was even there afterward, as they were very liberal. It was on a Saturday evening after a priesthood and wife's banquet. It actually took place in the Sanctuary.

I was not a member of Central or the priesthood, but I went because my dad, Bob Crawford, and Arthur were old friends from Graceland College. Dad asked me to go and say hi to Arthur. If you have any questions you can email or call me at: 816-449-2650 or

Jim Crawford

Prophecy given through Arthur Oakman
Spring 1974 -- Wichita,Kansas

I am the Lord your God. I am the same who spake to the Israelites on Mount Sinai in the thunderous times and the people heard and knew my name. I am He who has spoken to you in the still small voice, given counsel and comfort many more times and have blessed you, yet many more times would I have blessed you, but you would not hear me and those blessings I have had to withhold. I have blessed you financially and materially, yet you have withheld your tithes and offerings.

You have not attended prayer services as you ought, where you could have gained strength from each other, you have used the excuse of complaining of body weariness, much of this being caused by extra activities that you have undertaken in other interests of the world. Some have spent the evenings in other areas for financial gain, and there are those who have chosen to attend social organizations of this world and I have had to withhold my blessings.

My priesthood have accepted the responsibilities of the offices to which they were ordained, yet many have not applied themselves and when great darkness shall cover the earth they will feel such a weight of burden upon their souls they cannot bear it. It is not long until the earth again will be drenched in blood, and darkness shall cover the world. For many who have heard my voice but did not heed it, it will be too late when they call upon me. I will not answer. Yet there are many who will obey my commandments, seek me in my ways in your prayers. And when those trials and times come I will continue to bless them. My gospel shall be preached unto all the world, and there shall be times when it will seem to stay still, but it will gain momentum and my Kingdom shall be, for I am in this work.

There will be a short season until World War III. Our country will be involved. There will be perilous times. People in America will be brought to their knees and even the saints will suffer hardships. Material possessions will be of no value and the only real value will be the quality of life. It is not time for fear but rather a time for rejoicing, for only through this means can the gospel go to all the world, including Russia. After this, other countries will be at war with one another and not bother this land, then will the gospel go to all parts of the world.

The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow so they must be alert to all of Satan's crafty ways and traps which he has set to destroy the youth.

If you have become laxed in they duties as mother, as a wife or as a saint, call upon me in mighty prayer, seeking the Father’s guidance. And if ye do this sincerely I will show ye how ye might be able to bring thy children back, as well as how ye might help thy sisters or thy brothers from being deceived. If thy companion is not one of the sheep, ye cannot allow this to hinder thee. Ye must strive even stronger to set a holy example for thy children and hold the family together—for in the short time ahead, if thy family ties are not strong, ye will see thy children fall right into Satan's trap. He will weave his heavy cords around them as a spider weaves a web and "he” will they serve. Beware of Satan's worse device--"free love”. I say unto ye also, teach my children how to pray in my name. Teach thy children My Holy Scriptures with a joyful attitude, not begrudgingly. Also, teach them to love and respect my elderly. Teach thy children love and kindness by being kind and loving to them. Teach them to always obey my laws, as well as the laws of this land and to be strong and steadfast, never allowing their faith to weaken when they observe others falling. For I say unto thee, the calamity which is soon to come upon the earth is far worse than anyone can comprehend. My children, ye cannot say ye have not been warned, for ye knoweth many, many times, I have warned thee to get prepared. Soon my warning voice doth cease, for if I should prolong these coming events, how many would continue their self-glorified ways? Ye must harken unto me this day. Now, now is the time--rid thyself of all hate, jealousy, covetousness and hostile feelings toward thy brothers and thy sisters. Now is the time to free thyself of all debts and get thy house in order. Many of My children have become slothful and have taken too much for granted in the past--but no longer can ye remain this way. Ye cannot feed on milk and expect to have anymore than a babe. Ye have riches and wealth on earth saved to help thee feel secure in the future, but I say unto thee, only that which ye have done for me will last. Thy material riches shall become as dust before thy eyes and thy power and authority shall be dissolved unless ye harken unto my warning and serve me, thy Heavenly Father, not mammon. Ye cannot say “ye love me" and continue living the ways of the world. Remember I know thy heart. Each must repent. This should be on the lips of each Holy Priesthood if he truly cares about my flock.

Many believe that when the tribulation time begins ye shall be stoned and tortured thereby ye may know that this is the beginning--not so. For I say unto thee, Satan has planned a different approach. He has already advised his co-workers to deceive you in this manner. They must first gain thy confidence, then make a lie appear as truth, make sin as just entertainment, common, and as something ordinary; 'Do it because the majority sins. Make filth become common place.' I have warned in times past of Satan's other plans in trying to take thee but this strongest plan you know not of which is to take place in a peaceful way. He has said to his co-workers, he has tried to take many souls from me in times past by torture and such, he failed; for my children became martyrs and that caused the faith of many to be strengthened, so he failed. That is why it is most needed that we pray daily for the discernment of spirit. Again I say, beware of those who teach and practice “free love,” for they are the sons of perdition. I do not say Satan has given up his plans to tempt thee or cause thee pain and distress physically, mentally, and spiritually. What he plans first is to snare thee in a peaceful manner.

I say unto My Holy Priesthood, I am aware of all the obstacles which come before thee, hindering thy voice in speaking out for my gospel as ye desire to do. Soon cometh an end to this. Soon—yea, very soon ye shall be free to give the ministry which My children are in great need of at this time, for I the Lord God shall remove Satan’s workers, and I shall bring My Holy Spirit down upon each of My Holy Priesthood in a greater measure than ye have ever received before. Ye cannot comprehend the power and the authority with which I shall give thee.

First, there must come a cleansing and this cometh soon. Do not become depressed, for remember, ye are Mine and I have chosen thee for a special work yet to come, which ye know not of. Continue to have faith and remain steadfast and strong. This is the time when my handmaidens may speak out against all that is evil for they cannot silence them. This will only be for a short span of time and is not to be compared to one having priesthood authority given them, for this cannot ever be. They should speak out as concerned Mothers in Latter Day Israel and as true Handmaidens of Mine. Never before has there been so much liberty given to my handmaidens, yea, but never before has there been such a great need for this. Now is the time. Soon this span of time will pass. Then My Holy Priesthood shall be endowed with My power from on high, a hundredfold that ye have now watched and earnestly prayed for this day.

Remember, I chose thee to watch over my flock and feed my sheep. Ye shall witness great and marvelous happenings, but forget not those things which I have warned thee of which cometh soon. All shall be shaken and if ye do not have my power with thee what will ye do My sons? Did I not tell thee ye would see men in high places fall? Is this not being fulfilled? So I say again watch and let a prayer always be on thy lips, not for just thyself alone but also for they who are your brothers and sisters. See that ye do not become a stumbling block for them. Again I speak unto my handmaidens; Ye who are older, I charge thee this day that ye should share all the knowledge ye have with thy younger sisters. This responsibility I give thee now, for many of thy younger sisters will not be able to cope with the changing events which are soon to come. Many of my young handmaidens are unacquainted with hard work. Ye have received and have not given of thyself to thy family as I have designed for thee. Now you should show and teach thy sisters how to plant and preserve thy food. Learn how to sew thy own garments and thy family's too. Seek knowledge in other ways, ye can live with lesser funds though the cost of living may rise. My handmaidens who are older, be patient with thy sisters who lack in knowledge of these things. Have ye not wondered why ye have been blessed with so many talents and have never before been given the opportunity to share them? Now ye do so.

For I say unto thee, the time soon cometh when thy modern conveniences shall be taken away. When this occurs, if my children are not prepared they shall be frightened. Many will seek to destroy their own lives and their childrens. If they do not wholly and completely put their trust in me, they shall be tossed to and fro, not knowing which way to turn but if my children will turn from their worldly ways and call upon me in true repentance and in humility, then the windows of Heaven shall be opened up.

And forget not, my handmaidens, to whom much is given--much is required of thee. I have so much to give to thee if ye will but ask. Ye may form food and home classes, sewing classes and others. They should be for the sole purpose of helping one another to live a more Zionic life. I have given thee the Word of Wisdom, yet few follow it. Freely have I given thee--freely ye should give of thy knowledge and wisdom. Do not boast of thy knowledge and do not ridicule or look down on thy sister's lack of knowing all of these things, for remember, there has not been such a great need for this knowledge as with this generation. Do not allow thy classes to become just a social gathering. Remember--time is running out. Teach in a spirit of love and concern of one another. When ye plant seeds, can, quilt, or in getting thy storehouse ready--do not think only of thine own family's needs but set aside a little extra for those to come. If ye need further light on this, pray, and I will give it to thee.

Unto all my children I say--in whatsoever things ye say or do, be certain that it glorifies thy Heavenly Father. Keep thy thoughts pure and holy, striving to keep my Zion’s goal ever before thee. Sing hymns of praise unto me. Do not waste thy time away singing worldly songs for what doth it profit thee? Sing hymns of praise unto me. Sing hymns which will nourish thy soul. My children, ye may feel that I have spoken harshly with thee or that I expect too much of thee. But I say these things unto thee because I love thee. I want thee to live a disciplined life—wholly and completely in submission unto they Heavenly Father so thereby My Kingdom might be established on earth and ye My children might shine as the Redeemed of the Lord. Soon cometh the day.

Be prepared. Even so. Amen.

Update on Karmi - January 7, 2015

Update on Karmi

I spoke to Ron today. He said with this fund and other donations, they have reached the 10k goal! He said the current bills are paid and there is extra to last for a while.

He also said prayers are needed for Karmi's low white blood cell count. Her immunities are low so it is very important that she have limited personal contact right now. However, your cards, letters and well wishes are more than welcome!!

This page will stay open for another day or so if you still want to donate before it is taken down. Of course there is always the old fashioned way, too. :)

Thank you, again, for being a part of this blessing for Karmi and Ron!
