Word of Wisdom Class Re-start by Kim (Augenstein) White
After a two and a half years hiatus, starting this coming Thursday, February 15, Kim White (formerly Kim Augenstein) will begin again to teach Word of Wisdom (WofW) classes.
The classes will be in the basement of the Central/Gospel Park Congregation (the old Second Church building approximately a mile southeast of the Auditorium) at 919 S. Delaware, Independence, MO - the corner of South Street and Delaware.
The classes will begin at 6:30 PM and end about 8:00 PM.
This will be the first of eight classes to be offered each week. If there is sufficient interest, more may follow.
The classes will review the admonitions, warnings and promises of Section 86 but they will also cover the latest findings and research in health and diet. There will samples of WofW compatible foods for taste testing.
