Solemn Assembly - Reminder
This is a reminder and invitation that the
Waldo Avenue Restoration Branch
invites you to a Solemn Assembly
this Sunday night, September 16.
Joel chapter 2 talks about calling a solemn assembly, for the elders and all the assembly to fast and pray and to plead for the Lord’s forgiveness on the people and the nation. We invite you to come seeking the Lord.
Place: 819 West Waldo
Time: 6:00 PM
Who is invited: Anyone desiring the kingdom
Agenda: Repentance and seeking the Lord’s will
The theme will be, “I am doing a great work so that I cannot come down” (Nehemiah 6:3). This was Nehemiah’s statement to the enemy of God, who was trying to distract him from the work of building the wall of Jerusalem.
Also, as a reminder to those who attended this past Summer Series, we have a number of items that were left behind. See the attached photo if you recognize any of them and wish to claim them.
