Widow's Might - Saturday November 23
This Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the CPRS Gym is the Widow's Might Bazaar and Tea Room. There are 23 vendors selling a variety of crafts and other items. At the Widow's Might area you could purchase crafts, baked goods, homemade biscuits and gravy at breakfast or baked potato soup or chili at lunch. There are homemade freezer rolls for Thanksgiving dinner.
Brother Eric Odida indicates the needs of the widows are particularly great this year. We have several widows who depend on farming for their income and food. There was a drought followed by a flood. Most of these sisters have been wiped out. Even $100 allows them to re-establish themselves in farming. In addition to selling food and other items, we will also take donations for this cause. For the first time, we can take debit or credit cards. Please come and support our sisters in Africa.
