PROMISE AND LONGING FOR ZION - continued -

The spiritual world, then, is realized by faith --
faith "sees" those things which are hidden from the
"unbelievers." Note the following:

And as sure as Christ liveth, He spake these words
unto our fathers, saying, Whatsoever thing ye shall
ask the Father in my name, which is good,
in faith believing that ye shall receive,
behold it shall be done unto you. Wherefore,
my beloved brethren, hath miracles ceased,
because Christ hath ascended into heaven,
and hath sat down on the right hand of God,
to claim of the Father His rights of mercy
which He hath upon the children of men;
For He hath answered the ends of the law, and
He claimeth all those who have faith in Him;
and they who have faith in Him, will cleave
unto every good thing; wherefore He advocateth the
cause of the children of men; and He dwelleth
eternally in the heavens? And because He hath
done this, my beloved brethren, hath miracles ceased?
Behold, I say unto you, Nay; neither have angels
ceased to minister unto the children of men.
For behold, they are subject unto Him, to minister
according to the word of His command, shewing themselves
unto them of strong faith and a firm mind,
in every form of godliness.

It is not here proposed to develop a "philosophy of angels,"
Philosophy itself, apart from the Christian revelation, knows
nothing of them. Certainly the logical positivists cannot
comprehend angelic ministry since they accept nothing
impalpable or not verifiable through sense experience.

Faith enables us to enter into the spiritual world above us,
to commune with "the church of the firstborn.• We do not enter
those realms either factually or logically. We may infer that
such a spiritual world exists -- "all things" may "denote"
there is a God, but it is only as we "leap" or are
"quickened" by the Spirit and the eye of faith is opened
to the light that we become aware of the existence of that world,
and the invitation it imparts for all to enter.

After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened
in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it
were of a trumpet talking with me; which said,
Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must
be hereafter. -- Relevelat1on 4:1.

John was "in the spirit" and as he looked he saw a
"door opened" and heard the invitation to
"Come up higher." Christ is the Door.

He issues the invitation. It is through Him we enter and
by Him we hear when He addresses us. In Him the
spiritual world reached down, invested and informed the temporal,
giving man power thus to be drawn into the timeless
communion of saints. This the writer to the Hebrews
seeks to impress on the church.

But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the
city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to an innumerable company of angels,
To the general assembly and church of the firstborn,
which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,
and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Hebrews 12: 22,23

comments and the remains of the day:

On this last day of 2017, a year in which history
may well report of the most unlikely and improbable
events have occurred in this nation, a review
and assessment and "examination" of self as well
as the spiritual condition of what the church
on earth certainly is, is in order and necessary;
especially if we are to accede to the call
of the Good Spirit: "Come up thither".
For both individually and as
a; what word?; group, body, church, gathering,
people of God, people of Faith, faction, fraction -
what word would you insert here? or perhaps a more
accurate and truthful word would be:
a people peeled and scattered. Is it not written:
"Ye were also in the beginning with the Father;
that which is Spirit, even the Spirit of truth; and
truth is knowledge of things as they are,
and as they were, and as they are to come; and
whatsoever is more or less than this, is the
spirit of that wicked one, who was
a liar from the beginning."
Doctrine and Covenants 90:4b

For as long "all of us" continue in the varieties
of paths and of doctrines and of what is
acceptable and what is not, as long as all they who
occupy high places in every
group (CRE, COC, POZ, JCRB, Remnant, LDS, and
whatever all other "ites" exist), body, church,
gathering, faction, fraction, stripe of every kind;
as long as they who lead their "sheep" beside anything
other than still waters reside; the cause
of Zion shall not move forward to the Lord's expectation.
And that is scripture and these are written all throughout
the Word of God.

While it yet day, and in the light of day and in the light
of Jesus Christ, Jesus has said and continues to say"
"Repent, and I will receive you."

For the Lord hath said:
"For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee
of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee
an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after."
Jeremiah 30:17

I choose to continue to seek for and seek for and call for and
declare of and declare for the cause of Zion, Enoch's city who
God received unto Himself. I choose to stand upon the
promises of God. While the "they" who continue to cast away
the many who seek after this Zion, I and my house will:
"Choose ye this day, ... as for me and my house,
we will serve the Lord." For Jesus has restored my soul,
He has brought forth the Balm of Gilead when so many of the
elites would only seek to and continue to "wound."

To both Jew and elites and many of "the church" :
"Then shall the arm of the Lord fall upon the nations,
and then shall the Lord set his foot upon this mount,
and it shall cleave in twain, and the earth shall tremble
and reel to and fro;
and the heavens also shall shake, and the Lord shall utter
his voice and all the ends of the earth shall hear it,
and the nations of the earth shall mourn,
and they that have laughed shall see their folly, and
calamity shall cover the mocker, and the scorner shall
be consumed, and they that have watched for iniquity,
shall be hewn down and cast into the fire.
And then shall the Jews look upon me and say, What are these
wounds in thy hands, and in thy feet?
Then shall they know that I am the Lord; for I will say unto them,
These wounds are the wounds with which I was wounded in the
house of my friends.
I am he who was lifted up. I am Jesus that was crucified.
I am the Son of God.
And then shall they weep because of their iniquities; then shall
they lament because they persecuted their King."


My prayer is that the elites and the many of the church
are NOT past the ability to weep.


And for all they who remain and make every effort and attempt
to seek the Zion of our God and establish His righteousness:
"And in them shall be written my gospel, saith the Lamb,
and my rock and my salvation;
And blessed are they who shall seek to bring forth
my Zion at that day, for they shall have the gift
and the power of the Holy Ghost;
And if they endure unto the end, they shall be lifted up at
the last day, and shall be saved in the
everlasting kingdom of the Lamb;
And whoso shall publish peace, yea, tidings of great joy,
how beautiful upon the mountains shall they be."
