The booklet is our newest, and we want you to see it. Restoration Scriptures 101 is a beginning study of God’s Word. It is designed to help everyone become more familiar with the Scriptures. The booklet has four parts—learning what our Scriptures are, learning the order of the books, learning to retell Bible and Book of Mormon stories, and memorizing important verses. You must prove that you can master the challenges. It has three skill levels—and three gold stars to stick on the front of your booklet when you complete all the requirements for the skill levels. When I was working on this booklet, my wife Dee asked, “Who would ever use it?” After the booklet was printed, Dee put her name on a copy. Saying the names of Book of Mormon books in order was easy for her. I initialed and dated that the challenge was done. Then she began reciting verses to me, with their references. She clicked off several more challenges. If she missed a word, she came back and said the verse correctly the next day. I decided I had better get busy and get some initials and dates in my own copy of the booklet! Who would use it? Who indeed? We suggest that each person in a family has his own copy of Restoration Scriptures 101 and learn along with others in the family. We printed them in several colors to help people easily identify their own copies. We are sending you a free copy when you order books (one to a customer, please) and hope that you will use it, order more copies, and show it to friends, etc. Additional copies of Restoration Scriptures 101 are only $3.50 each.
