LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD FEBRUARY 27, 2025
Greetings to all the Saints around the world,
Two months gone already. WOW! Time, as well as everything
else seems to be in a super escalation mode. It is certainly fulfillment of
scriptures. For example, in Matthew 24:18-29
“18 For then, in those days, shall be great
tribulations on the Jews and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, such as was not
before sent upon Israel, of God, since the beginning of their kingdom until
this time, no, nor ever shall be sent again upon Israel. 19 All things which
have befallen them are only the beginning of the sorrows which shall come upon
them; and except those days should be shortened, there should none of
their flesh be saved. 20 But for the elect's sake, according to the covenant,
those days shall be shortened. 21 Behold, these things I have spoken
unto you concerning the Jews.
22 And again, after the tribulation of those days which shall come upon
Jerusalem, if any man shall say unto you, Lo! Here is Christ, or there, believe
him not. 23 For in those days, there shall also arise false Christs and false
prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if
possible, they shall deceive the very elect, who are the elect according to the
covenant. 24 Behold, I speak these things unto you for the elect's
sake. 25 And you also shall hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that ye be not
troubled; for all I have told you must come to pass. But the end is not yet. 26
Behold, I have told you before, Wherefore, if they shall say unto you, Behold,
he is in the desert, go not forth, or, Behold, he is in the secret chambers,
believe it not. 27 For as the light of the morning cometh out of the east, and
shineth even unto the west, and covereth the whole earth, so shall also the
coming of the Son of Man be. 28 And now I show unto you a parable: Behold,
wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together; so
likewise shall mine elect be gathered from the four quarters of the earth. 29
And they shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. Behold, I speak unto
you for mine elect's sake.” Similar scriptures can be found in
several other places in the three Standard Scriptures.
A number of surveys have found a great turning away from
God and His true gospel and it is shocking to hear of things happening “In the
church,” or “Christianity.” Prophecy News Watch is a free website that can keep
people up to date. Recently, two very shocking stories involved a “church”
having a drag queen service with several such individuals upfront. Another was
a “minister” wanting to remove the word “Savior” from scriptures and replace it
with the word, “Guide.” However, the Scribes, Pharisees and others were not
much different as far as their acceptance of Jesus and who He really
is. Though they could not deny His miracles, they felt they had to get rid
of Him. Then in Acts, we find them doing the same thing to Stephen and the
others. The efforts of the adversary are to divide and conquer. We must
stay ever alert and ready for the return of our Lord whether it be in death or
His Glory.
The faster time seems to be flying, the closer we are to
the return of Jesus Christ in His Glory and in His own due time. The thing is,
we must be in compliance with His laws and commandments to be among the
“Elect.” In all of my recent studies, classes, sermons, etc. it all comes back
to the First and Greatest Commandment. If and when we can discipline ourselves
to truly love God with our all, we will receive the benefit of His promises.
Coming soon, Jesus and all His Glory Not just a Savior,
but a reigning King
Coming soon and the whole world will be witness Oh be
ready, for HE is coming soon
God bless,
Paul Gage

LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD FEBRUARY 20, 2025
Dear Saints,
Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and
from the Lord, Jesus Christ,
We trust God is blessing you, in spite of hardships and
trials, as you continue your work, each day, in His Kingdom. As we go forth
each day, we have many choices to make. The outcome of each day of our lives is
a result of the choices we made. Every second of each hour offers the
opportunity to choose God from some point between 0 and 100. Our choices come
in many different ways, some in great proportions and some in minute measures,
yet still, the choice is before us. How we respond to any situation is a measure
of choosing God’s way.
In Joshua 24, Joshua was at the end of his leadership of
the seemingly, always rebellious Israelites. He reminds them of all of God’s
blessings of leading them out of Egypt and into the Promised Land. Joshua says
in verse 15 “...Chose you this day, whom ye will serve...but as for me and my
house,
________________________________________. In Genesis 6:35
God told Enoch to say unto this people, “Choose ye this day to serve the Lord
God who made you.”
Mostly, the circumstances, decisions, outcomes, results
of each moment can be traced to our own use of our agency. Many times we try to
blame someone or something else, even God, when things don’t go our way, but in
the final analysis, we have to be truthful to the person we see in the mirror.
So, how can we be prepared to always make the tight
choices or decisions? Know God’s promises and fulfill our part of the promises.
James 1:5 says “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of
God that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it
shall be given him.” Also consider Daniel’s response in Daniel 1:8 “But
Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself…”
Also, the answer which Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego
gave the king is classic,”Daniel 3:16-18-
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego answered and said to
the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this
matter. 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us
from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O
King. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O King, that we will not
serve thy gods nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Like
Daniel, their choice was made before they faced the trial.
There is a story of a young child who went to their
father, who was very busy. The father said, “What do you want, my child?”
The child answered by saying “I don’t want anything, Daddy, I just want to tell
you I love you.” Our first reaction might be one of guilt, for our thoughts go
to God, Our Heavenly Father. We might feel shame at the number of times we go
to God just to tell Him we love Him. We should always include in our prayers a
time to praise and thank God and tell Him we love Him. After all, we are commanded to Love him with
all our heart, might, mind, and strength.
However, as important as words are, they are not enough.
Our expressions of gratitude must be carried out in the lives we live,
especially as we live in the kingdom of God. Our purpose for living in the
Kingdom of God is so that we might be that light and salt to bring others to
God.
God bless
