Glass Cataract Information

Dear Saints,

A fellow Saint needs to have cataract surgery on both eyes. They have been told that all of the lens implants used to replace the natural lens are all made of plastic or silicone today.

However, this Saint is allergic to plastic and is also a diabetic so is unable to have the plastic or silicone lens implanted.

Are there any of you out there who have had cataract surgery and have a glass lens?

If so, would you be willing to please share the information on your ID card that shows the following information please so that this Saint can contact that company to see if a lens can still be purchased from from them so the surgery can be done, please? :

The Information about your implant: the name and number

The information about the company who made the lens:
Name and address of the company

Any other information that is pertinent to identifying the lens.

Be assured that any information you share will be held in the utmost confidence.

This Saint sends utmost humble thanks to all of you fellow faithful Saints and asks for prayers on their behalf in the search for lens that will be suitable for implant and for a successful surgery and a safe and quick healing. Also for protection for the eyes in the meantime from further blindness and infection.

Blessings to all the Saints.

This person wants to remain anonymous. I will send them any information you share.
