Handyman/Laborer/Carpenter Needed
Looking for a person with handyman skills, including labor and carpentry to reinstall siding and trim for 2 story garage/bedroom addition, on south side only. Material is Nucedar cellular PVC clapboard siding and trim. It is light weight and workable with ordinary power tools. A manufacturer’s representative from Boston will be on site possibly in October or November to oversee the repair work for two days. The length of job could be from 2 to 5 days, depending on weather.
This is not a compressed air nailing project! Trim will be fastened with stainless steel screws. Siding slides onto preinstalled plastic brackets. Person will need to furnish personal hand tools and an extension ladder. Please contact me using email rm_stuck@att.net
