House Fox Investment Opportunity for Saints

Saints,

I’d like to take the opportunity to introduce us. My name is Ted Cox IV. I was born and raised in Independence, MO and have attended Parkview Community of Christ my entire life. My brother-in-law, Gabriel Monroy was also raised in Independence, MO and attended several congregations within the Center Stake (Eden Heights, New Hope and now Parkview).

Gabe founded our company (House Fox) several years ago. We are local real estate investors with a mission to help make a difference in people’s lives. Often times we are contacted by owners that going through difficult situations where they are on the brink of losing their homes or struggling to make the bills and want to sell quickly.

We come across houses on a regular basis that we either are not interested in rehabbing or adding to our own rental portfolios. We buy these properties and clean the titles up through our title company. We then forward these on to investors that we have established relationships over the last few years.

For the last several years I have been forwarded Garland’s email by either my father, Ted Cox III or by my father-in-law, Vic Monroy. It wasn’t until recent that I thought of the Saints that might be planning their gathering.

We would like to offer these properties to you as Saints to either rehab for additional income, build a rental portfolio for additional income or even rehab for your own families to live in. Regardless the goal is to provide more opportunities for other to assist in gathering to the Center Place.
