CMRB Announcement - Cancellation of April activities

Saints –

The Central Missouri Restoration Branches pastors met recently and have made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone our planned joint activities for April.

Those events being cancelled include:

Our last Spring retreat for the Junior age (previously announced)
Our work day at Odessa Hills that had been planned for 4/4
Please contact Jim Mulheron directly if you have any individual availability to help with campground work projects
Our all branch worship that had been planned for 4/5

We will be postponing our Priesthood education retreat that had been planned for the morning of 4/25, to be rescheduled at a later date.

We are still tentatively planning to have our all branch business meeting on 5/3 for our annual committee elections.

In these unprecedented times, where fear and trepidation is quite rampant in the world, we acknowledge that we should do what we can to help prevent this virus from spreading but more so we acknowledge that the future for every man, woman, and child ultimately rests in the loving arms of our Savior. Several of our member branches are taking the time every day at 10am to pray for the Lord’s guidance and protection. We invite you to join with us.

Let us remember the message that the angel in Revelations 14 brought to the earth – that we should fear God and give glory and worship to Him.
