Rental & Home Buyer Needs
Hello! As I'm sure many of you are aware, the housing market is really challenging for Buyers right now because of the low inventory (low # of homes for sale). After a while, it can become pretty discouraging for Buyers. I am a real estate agent and am curious if you, or anyone you know, has a home that fits the criteria listed below (with interest in Selling or Renting). We have seen everything on the market at this point. Several of these buyers are Restoration members. Mom of 2 kiddos, no pets. Minimum of 2 bedrooms (prefers 3). Independence, Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, Raytown or KC if it's close to Indep. Max Rent = $1,300 (prefers less).
Buyer Needs:
#1: Indep, LS, BS. 3 Bed, 1.5+ Bath, 1+ Car Garage. Max $150,000.
#2: Independence (Indep), Lee's Summit (LS), Blue Springs (BS), Grain Valley (GV), Oak Grove (OG). 2+ Bed, 1+ Bath, 1+ Car Garage. Max $175,000.
#3: KC Metro. 2+ Bed, 1+ Bath, 1+ Car Garage. Max $180,000.
#4: Overland Park. No Stairs. Townhouse, Condo, Villa. Max $200,000.
#5: Indep, LS, BS, GV, OG, Buckner, Lone Jack, Bates City. 3+ Bed, 2+ Bath, 1+ Car Garage. Max $225,000.
#6: KC Metro. House cannot be any older than 3 years. 1.5 Story (master on the main floor). Max $400,000.
