From: Sherrie Smith Range Hood with Some Imperfections for Sale-$250 We just remodeled the kitchen with KraftMaid Cabinetry (via Lowe’s). The range hood comes in two pieces—one that is ready to attach to adjacent cabinets and a slanting piece that pops out allowing access to the blower/vent. The trim on both sides of the pop-out piece had imperfections. (See photos). To replace the front piece, they sent another complete hood—both pieces. We simply replaced the pop out with the new one and left the other part as installed. We now have this extra range hood with the new cabinet portion plus the former slanting pop-out piece with imperfections. Perhaps someone who knows how to work with wood could make the necessary improvements on the imperfections. We have matching paint and could include a small jar of the paint. The base wood is maple. Original price for the complete range hood (both pieces) was $750. Would anyone be interested in this two-piece hood for $250? Sherrie    |
