From: Matt Oltman Odessa Hills Campground Summer Help Summer positions for Odessa Hills Campground. Open positions: 1 caretaker helper, pay $15/hr Lifeguards must be certified or complete certification course. The course will be paid for or reimbursed. Head Lifeguard duties will include monitoring swimmers, enforcing pool rules and daily pool care. This includes balancing chemicals and salt, adding chemicals, scrubbing pool walls and floor, emptying skimmer baskets, maintaining water level, vacuuming and backwashing pool, closing pool each day. Lifeguard duties include monitoring of swimmers and enforcing pool rules. Assisting Head Lifeguard with pool closing and cleaning. Caretaker helper- this position includes day to day maintenance and upkeep of the campgrounds. This will include mowing, weedeating, tree trimming, painting, power washing, some janitorial duties such as stocking bathrooms and emptying trash among other things.
