We have butcher dates in Jan, April, June, Aug, and Oct of 2023.
Whole, half, or quarter (no individual cuts for sale).
All weights, cuts and prices in this example are from a recent half beef we had processed for ourselves.
Each animal we sell will vary slightly in weight and yield, but will always provide high quality, healthy and delicious meat.
Store prices were gathered from local grocery stores Jan 2023 and should be looked at as lowest non-sale prices observed, on low/average quality beef.

Example on half beef - 396lb Hanging Weight X $2.75 + Processing Fees (Appx $1.00lb X hanging weight, depending on the cuts/packaging you choose). Good for January butcher date only - Will be $3.00lb X hanging weight + processing, for later dates.
