Use of washer and dryer included. Some storage area in garage. Other than the bedroom for rent, the rest of the house is already furnished. Kitchen includes gas stove/oven and Electric Refrigerator/freezer and portable dishwasher, miscellaneous small appliances. No microwave available. Shared household chores expected.
