Save the Dates - CRE

Beloved Saints,

Some of you may receive this more than once and for that I apologize; I have multiple list and want to make sure I include everyone. At this past conference a number of things were approved that the Coordinating Council is working tirelessly on. There will certainly be more information coming out as we get closer to the events but for right now we would like to get you the dates so we all can block out the time and begin preparing.

The Priesthood of the Restoration Branches again will be going to Kirtland this year. Something different this year is we would like to have a preparation service on Friday evening for those that are able to attend; this will be September 22nd-24th. Last year the Aaronic Priesthood provided tremendous ministry and we hope even more attend this year. We had 153 attend last year so perhaps if each of us could think of just one person that wasn't able to attend last year and encourage them to come we could reach our maximum capacity of 300 in the Temple.

The date to save is March 9th 2024. This will be a time for all members of independent Restoration Branches to meet for a members forum. You can read the resolution that was passed on our website eldersconference.org then go to "events" then " 2023 conference" then "digital resources".

April 6th 2024 will be a gathering of all saints as the 2nd follow up to the Solemn Assembly. This will be open to anyone who is willing to come before the Lord in a most humble, reverent and repentant spirit to ask God to forgive us as a collective body.

April 7th 2024 the members of the independent Restoration Branches will meet for a combined sacrament service. Then in the afternoon/evening the Elders conference will begin.

April 8th-12th is the date for the 2024 Elders Conference.

A lot more information will be coming out on each of these things but with all of our busy schedules and with the importance of each of these we wanted you to have the dates and start preparing.

Please let me know if you have any questions. also feel free to pass this along to others.

May God pour out His Spirit upon us!

Brian K. Mundy
