Prayer Request - Olsen Everett
Greetings Saints,
Next week on 10/13, Olsen will be having a major surgery at Children's Hospital in Omaha. Please uplift him and his parents, Jeff and Jenny in your prayers. I'll update everyone once I receive more information. Pray for the surgery to be of success, no complications, protection from infection and exposure to COVID, and a speedy recovery.

Olsen from day one, has had health problems. He is not new to surgery he has had 13 others over the last 16 years! Olsen is an amazing child of God! His diagnosis is so rare he may be the only person in the world genetically like him! He is not fearful despite all he has been through and he teaches us all to be joyful in all situations! He is a little guy of 52 pounds! He is only 3 feet tall.
This surgery is called SCOLIOSIS FUSION, it will be 8-10 hours long, 3 blood transfusions, a cadaver backbone will be used! The risks are - infection (which is the worst threat) nerve damage, and bleeding issues! We also are concerned about his recovery, pain tolerance/management, exposure to Covid while in the hospital, seizures, and our ability to care for him afterwards!
