High Priests Letter
Dear Saints of Restoration Branches and Members around the world:
The Restoration High Priests are asking the membership to observe a day of fasting and prayer,beginning Sunday, April 12, 2020 and continuing each Sunday, until the corona virus pandemic has ended. How one chooses to fast is up to them.
There are many examples of fasting in the scriptures.
Perhaps some of the better known ones are:
Jehoshaphat 2ndChronicles
20Esther 4;
Isaiah 58
Daniel 1 and 10
Jesus in Matthew 17:21
Mosiah 11:183-185
DC 85:21a
Please join us in this effort, not only to ease the pandemic, but to prepare us for the return of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
We encourage each pastor to make your members aware of this endeavor.
