Back to School/Scholarship Drive
Hello, Initiative and Unity Center Friends,
Team Jesus is helping Successful Link, a ministry to high-risk youth and low-income families in this area, collect supplies for kids going back to school. Attached is a notice, list of needed items, and where and when to drop them off. In case you can't open the attachment, a list is below. Backpacks are not needed, being already supplied by another ministry.
Bring the supplies to the Unity Center at 801 W. 23rd Street, Independence, MO. 9-2 Monday through Wednesday now until Tuesday, August 9th.
Funds for scholarships and gift cards for gas and clothes for college bound students are also being accepted.
