Help Needed: Pro-Life Vigil
40 Days for Life is a prayer and fasting campaign that gathers volunteers to stand outside of abortion clinics and pray for the families considering abortion, as well as the abortion workers and abortion doctors who are working in these facilities. Despite the overturning of Roe vs. Wade, abortions are still being done and your communities are being impacted. Missouri made abortion illegal, but Kansas has very little restriction on it and they are inviting women from Missouri to come have their abortions in Kansas - there are 2 facilities in Overland Park and a new Planned Parenthood in North KC.
We need your help to pray for these babies and their moms and dads who are considering killing their child in the womb! On October 9th, 1pm-7pm, we are organizing volunteers from the Restoration to provide a steady prayer vigil outside of a clinic in Overland Park, KS, as part of the 40 Days for Life campaign there.
Please consider coming out to pray and be a witness to the community that abortion is not a solution to unplanned pregnancy and that there are people who care about these moms and babies and want to help them!
