Look at website #1 below if you need some 700 suggestions. • Lamoni’s Passing Parade by Joseph H. Anthony. 52 stories of Lamoni and Lamoni’s people. The chapters were first printed in the Lamoni Chronicle. 256 pages. $25.00-40.00, depending on condition. • Birds of a Feather by Joseph H. Anthony. This hardcover novel is from the 1920 era. It has 325 pages. $10.00-20.00, depending on condition. See the softcover reprint below. • 1902 RLDS Doctrine and Covenants (through Section 126). Stated 27th edition, printed in Lamoni. This copy has a worn leather cover and some underlining and notes. It would be a good candidate for rebinding. ONE OF A KIND. $120.00. • Birds of a Feather by Joseph H. Anthony. The author was a Graceland instructor. 1978 softcover novel with 325 pages. $5.00. • Ninety Years Remembering by Ruby Strand. This is the biography of a long-time RLDS writer and Lamoni resident. Softcover with 300 pages. $5.00. • A New Concordance to the Doctrine and Covenants compiled by Hale and Barbara Lee Collins. It has 455 pages and is dated 1992 (just after the appendix to the D&C was deleted by World Conference action). $8.00. • Through the West Door by Roy A. Cheville. History and stories of Graceland’s first 50 years, including several pages of photos. Hardcover with 327 pages. $5.00. • The Hilltop Where by Paul M. Edwards. This is an informal history of the first 75 years of Graceland College. Hardcover with 190 pages. $5.00. • The Bell Tower’s Eye and the Bell by Cleo Hanthorne Moon. 44 pages of poems about Graceland College, presented in hand-lettered calligraphy. Hardcover. $10.00. • 1900 RLDS Book of Mormon. This 22nd edition was printed in Lamoni. Many of the verses are very long—like half a page or so. (That changed with the 1908 edition.) Some underlining and lots of notes on endpapers. This book could be rebound. ONE OF A KIND. 545 pages. $120.00. • Graceland College Alumni Directory. Various years from 1995 to 2008 are available. The directory is an excellent way to help find classmates, etc. Softcover. $10.00. • Roy Cheville—The Graceland College Years by Malcom L. Ritchie. Selected biography of “Doc Cheville.” Softcover with 356 pages. $5.00. • Rare Antique Glass Paperweight with Photos of Joseph Smith III and Lamoni’s Brick Church. ONE OF A KIND.
