ZionWorks News June 15, 2022 WHAT LESS THAN ZION DOES GOD WANT FROM US?

Hello Saints,

The class on spiritual warfare was held last Sunday evening in a warm outdoor setting. No one knew ahead of time what to expect other than it would probably be deep and serious. It was. Much information was shared along with accounts of experiences in the field of action. We were given beginning instruction and advice on conducting and preparing ourselves for situations we will encounter in our lives. This class will probably be repeated. Also, more advanced classes will most likely be offered. After the class, there was laying on of hands for the specific needs of two individuals and much visiting.

ZionWorks is the working arm of Christ church for the actualization of His kingdom on the earth as an aggregate of individuals committed to living by His love, counsel and instruction. It is a growing group dedicated to surviving, under Christ's direction, through tribulation and providing a place of safety and refuge for the pure in heart. Its purpose is not just physical survival, but just as important the spiritual nourishment, enabling and unleashing of each individual needing and seeking wholeness. You are invited to investigate and participate.

Our next meeting will be this coming Sunday, June 19th at the Atherton Restoration Branch, 4910 N. Main St. Atherton, Mo at 2:00 pm. If it would be a convenience for you, you may arrive at 1:30 with your lunch. The folks at Atherton extend an invitation to you to attend their morning worship service at 9:45 am., Sunday school at 10:00 am, worship hour at 11:00 and getting acquainted afterwards.

The agenda for ZionWorks meeting will concern practical and necessary means for seeing that each family has a source of food for a period of months or years. We will also deal with providing means for those gathering in to live and to exercise their spiritual gifts and contribute to the well being of Zion. Committees exist for ensuring safe water for each ZionWorks family, for grid down communication, for gathering "saints", for geographical group support, for "watchmen on the watch tower". All committees need more active support. Vital committees still without designated leaders are: Food sourcing, Farming/gardenng, Alternative energy and sanitation. The committees purpose is to educate and ensure that each family can manage their own needs or exchange specialties so that all needs are meet. Some families have more resources than needs and visa versa. By cooperating, an efficient system of living will happen.

At the meeting there will be a show-and-tell table and a barter table, so bring interesting and useful items to trade. As usual, there will be much visiting afterwards.

There were two women that contacted Nancy about the group for alternative medicine which brings the interested people to about 8 and only one suggested a good time to meet would be Saturday morning. We still don't have a place to meet. As soon as someone steps forward with a home/place we will get this group started. Lots to do and learn here.
