Art Lessons for Ages 3 - 13

Dear, Friends,

If you have children or grandchildren, nieces and nephews, I highly recommend Young Rembrandts art lessons for them. Art lesson make excellent gifts that keep on giving benefits.

Speaking as a professional artist and instructor, every child is creative and needs to be encouraged to do art. Every child, whether he or she is gifted artistically, benefits from learning to do art through Bette Fetter’s Young Rembrandts fundamental drawing lessons. Art, like learning to play music, helps develop a child’s mental capacities, eye hand coordination, and transfers over into study habits in core subjects like math, language, and science. Children who do art and music, do better in school because learning to do art helps a child break down a subject into small segments which can be drawn and perfected with practice. At the same time, doing art is highly enjoyable for a child of any age, so the child is learning important things, but it doesn’t feel like it. It is more like play.

I encourage you to look up Young Rembrandts online. The lessons are very affordable. My good friend from my Hallmark days, Sarah Hirtzel, is the YR franchise owner for the KCMO area. Her contact information is 816-944-9064, and sarah.hirtzel@youngrembrandts.com. She is looking for teachers as well as students. This teaching experience is well worth the time and effort. I just finished a year as one of her instructors. It is excellent for retired teachers and those who want something extra to do which is meaningful and satisfying.
