Missionary Report from Australia - March 17
Greetings Saints,
The Missionary team of Elders Kevin Humphrey and Tom Rindels, from Missionary RB, left March 6, 2018 for Australia. They arrived safely in Sydney and then flew on to Tamwowrth, New South Wales (NSW) the home of Peter, Helen and David Archer, Roy and Daphne Schubert, and Bob Wilkinson. After a few days there and having services on Sunday, March 11, 2018, they headed to Goondiwindi and had a nice visit, Sacrament Service and lunch with a dear 90 year old Saint named Laurel Thompson
They journeyed on to Miles, Queensland, (QLD) and then to Mackay, QLD. On Wednesday, March 14th they arrived in Townsville, QLD about noon. This took two and a half days and traveling 1800 kiliometers which is 1118 miles. Townsville is the home of Michael and Patricia Fulton, and their daughter and her husband, John and Rachel Todd and children, Emmaline, Gabriel and Alexandra. Brother Fulton is in great need of the prayers of the Saints.
The elders will be leaving Townsville Sunday or Monday, March 18-19 and heading for Maryborough QLD to visit Alva Robinson and then to Brisbane QLD.
NSW and QLD are states/provinces in Australia like the states in the USA.
Please keep the elders and the Saints in your prayers.
Missionary teams are also in Rwanda and Kenya in East Africa. Sylvia Powell has been ill, but I have not heard anything in few days.
In Christ,
Paul Gage
