Dear Saints,
Wow! (or choose a better superlative), Our meeting last Sunday centered around a presentation, followed by Q&A, by Alan Teel. Alan has been a professional agricultural agent, plus his endeavors in related areas. All of his career abilities he dedicates to Christ and the Gospel. His heart, soul and life energy are dedicated to living the gospel and fostering the conditions for the reality of Zion. So we had two or more hours of instruction in food production and sustainable independent living. But what made it exciting was Alan's dedication to Zion and living by celestial law. The love and power of the Spirit blessed us.
It has taken me all week to try to put the experience into words.
Take a minute and read the words to these two hymns in the purple hymnal: #443 and #450.
Zionworks' next meeting will be this coming Sunday, September 4th at Randy and Deana VanEaton's house at 2820 N. Burnley Road, Buckner. We will continue to move toward independence from Babylon. Bring items to barter and show-and-tell items. This is a spiritual and physical endeavor all saints are called to be aware of and have their hopes in.
