27 Acres For Sale - 300 N Powell Road
My wife and I finally received our drawings for our subdivide. We are currently in the process of finalizing it through the city and county, but it will be available for sale very shortly.
We have 27 acres for sale that was originally part of our 52 acre tract. The 5 acre tract has already been accounted for and not for sale.
Included on the map is an access easement and utility easement. The utility easement runs north to south down the center of our 19 acre tract and continues through the 27 acre tract and the 5 acre tract.
