LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD MARCH 17, 2022

LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD MARCH 17, 2022

Unto the Saints of the Church of Jesus Christ, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be Saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus, called to be Saints,
I Corinthians 1:2, greetings.

As we march through the month of March, how are things going in your part of the Kingdom? How are we reflecting the Kingdom in our individual lives? Whether we leave our home each day or not, how is our idea of living in the Kingdom of God being displayed? There are some groups in the world who think that their group is the only group that will be with God in His Kingdom. Is that our thought?

Doctrine and Covenants 1:1b states, "for verily the voice of the Lord is unto all men, and there is none to escape and 1d, and the voice of warning shall be unto all people, by the mouths of my disciples, whom I have chosen in these last days..." Our duty, then becomes our task/obligation to share the gospel wherever we are, however we can, and to whom ever is around us. We sing "I have found the glorious gospel..." Part of having the concept that we "are living in the Kingdom of God," is to demonstrate "Kingdom living." What do others see or hear when they are around us?

In the Book of Mormon, Alma chapter 3 he has some strong things that he speaks to the church beginning in verse 8. He asks some soul-searching questions that each of us should read and answer for ourselves.

In Matthew 25 Jesus shares three parables that are prefaced by these words, "And then, at that day, before the Son of man comes, the kingdom of heaven shall be likened unto..." We all are "players" in each of those parables. Each of these three parables gives us a strong indication of what we should be doing now, before He returns. God bless you in your efforts.

In Christ,
Paul Gage
