Drama - A MIGHTY CHANGE OF HEART - this weekend!
Just a final reminder, Buckner Restoration Branch is putting on an original musical drama this Friday and Saturday evening at 7:00 PM called "A Mighty Change of Heart - The Conversion of Alma and The Four Sons of Mosiah". The overture will begin at 6:55 PM.
"A Mighty Change of Heart - The Conversion of Alma and The Four Sons of Mosiah" is an original musical drama presented by The Buckner Restoration Branch. Written and directed by Mark and Zalfen Colville, with seven original songs composed and performed by Mark L. Colville, the drama, taken from The Book of Mormon, recounts the experience of Alma, the son of Alma, beginning with his wickedness with the four sons of Mosiah and presents their miraculous conversion experience and begins to tell of their desire to repair the damage they had done to the church of God.
"A Mighty Change of Heart" is a presentation of one of the turning points in The Book of Mormon, where the Nephites begin to convert the Lamanites to the gospel - beginning with Alma and the four sons of Mosiah. It is our hope that you will feel as if you have spent an evening with Alma and his friends, the four sons of Mosiah. Please come prepared for a blessing!
Please come join us either April 8th or 9th, Friday or Saturday night to see this miraculous story of the conversion of five remarkable young men!
Refreshments will be served afterwards, so
please plan on joining us for fellowship in the Social Hall! There will be an
opportunity to donate money to help defray the cost of putting on the drama.
