· Looking to rent approximately 1,000-2,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space starting January 1, 2024
· Would be happy to sublet space from an existing business
· Loading dock preferred but drive-in door (14-foot or higher) accessible by 18-wheeler would also work
· Warehouse must be DRY – no roof leaks
· Tenant will be easy to work with and pay rent promptly
