Neighborhood Cleanup Day
Dear, IIAW Friends,
Reminder:
July 11, Neighborhood Cleanup Day
8 - 11am, Unity Center, 803 W. 23rd Street, Independence MO.
We'll
meet in the Center parking lot for prayer and assignments. The target
area is Crysler Avenue from 23rd Street to 32nd Street. We will be
edging the sidewalks and picking up litter and trash.
Masks
are required. Wear , IIAW T-shirts if you have them, sunscreen, dress
cool but sensibly for the work being done, work gloves, and sturdy
shoes.
Bring weed
whackers, loppers, trimmers, sharp shovels, tall kitchen trash bags,
pushbrooms, rakes, snow shovels, litter grabbers, trucks and trailers
for hauling dirt and organic debris. Be sure to label your equipment.
