Registration:  Please turn in a registration form at least one week prior to the start of Vacation Church School (by July 9, 2018) to reserve your child’s T-shirt.  No registrations will be accepted after Monday, July 16, 2018.

IMPORTANT VACATION CHURCH SCHOOL INFORMATION

Dear Parent:

Thank you for allowing your children to attend VCS at SCRB from 8:45 am to 12:00 noon on July 16th – July 20th, 2018!

To help things run smoothly and with our concern for the safety of your children, please bring your children Monday to the main upper foyer for registration.  If you have pre-registered, this process will go more quickly for you, but is still necessary on day one.

For the remainder of the week your children will enter through the lower triple glass doors across from the Pastors study.  They will go directly to their classrooms to line up for Opening Worship.  Please do not bring your children before 8:35 am as no one will be available to care for them.

As VCS comes to a close each day, the children will be in their classrooms available for pick up at 12:00 noon.  Please be prompt.

Please plan to join us Friday, July 20th at *11:20 am in the sanctuary for our VCS “Catch the Vision” Program.  This will be an opportunity for the children to show you some of the songs and scriptures and things they have learned throughout the week.  After the children have shared, we invite you to stay and fellowship with a light lunch.  You must RSVP for this by Monday, July 16.
