“HOW LONG CAN YOU TREAD WATER” and “COMETH THE HORSEMEN”
Some great news and some bad bodings:
The great news (almost too much to list): In our last monthly meeting, last Sunday, we had a quality turn-out with several new attendees. We did garden planning, fall garden planning and heard some very good practical gardening and food-producing advice. Several of us pooled some money to purchase a quantity variety of heirloom garden seeds. There was serious discussion about adequate spiritual condition, which lead to the guidance and assurance that we must obey Christ’s instructions to live cooperatively in Zionic physical reality and expend our planning and energy for that purpose and all of the requirements of the gospel. We mentioned the number of blessings and healings we have had among us as a result of our commitment to attempt to live as Jesus directs and prayers and laying on of hands. Those healed and involved are writing up their accounts of these blessings.
A range day is in the planning.
A day of vacuum packing is in the planning and will probably be scheduled for this month.
We plan on having a familiarization with a freeze drying machine with a video at our next monthly meeting (last Sunday of August).
Zion will be. Seek it with all of your heart and investigate Zionworks as a practical guide to be there.

NEXT MEETING
The next meeting will be the August 7th Sundy weekly meeting 2:00 pm at the Huseby’s, 38403 E. Truman Rd., Oak Grove. Bring lawn chair and something to drink (and, if you wish, eat). We might meet in the shade on the lawn or, if it’s too hot, in the air-conditioned barn. We will continue planning to make physical survival happen for the saints in the areas of food, water, sanitation, shelter and spiritual well- being and happiness. Bring your resourceful ideas, your questions, your show-and-tell items and any item or food to barter. We might watch a video.
