Dave and I are in Helen, Georgia.  This has been my first chance to be on the laptop, and we’re in and out of the mountains so cell phone coverage is minimal.  On the way, we stopped in Elbert County to see THE GEORGIA GUIDESTONES for our first time.  I’ve decided the G in Freemasonry stands for many things, one of which is Genocide.  Remember, the first commandment on those guide stones is to maintain a perpetual population of 500 million people.  That means they have to eliminate billions on this planet, and their goal is to have it accomplished by 2030.  See below.

 

Today I received texts and calls from some of you who are feeling the crisis.  Loved ones are being told “Get vaxed or get fired.”  Most employers do not want to lose their employees but are afraid of being fined by the government.  Friends, everything that is happening is unconstitutional and illegal.  The latest news is that King Biden doesn’t even have an EO (executive order) to enforce the mandates.  Basically, our government is bluffing and bullying, knowing that what they are doing is illegal.  https://www.wsj.com/articles/vaccine-mandate-covid-19-biden-osha-rule-legal-11633381896

 

We need to be praying, hard, that people will wake up to what’s going on before a full-blown crisis takes down this country and the whole world…and it is already in progress of doing just that.  Many are already feeling the effects, and hurting.  Our healthcare system is already in crisis but we haven’t seen anything yet if all those nurses and healthcare workers are fired or quit their jobs.  BOTTOM LINE.  If you don’t want to take the shot, you have options.  The VERY LAST option is “get the shot or lose your job.”  There are several options in-between to include filing for either religious or medical exemptions.  Get a copy of the mandate policy from your employer and read the fine print.

 

The latest publication of The New American is also very informative on this subject.  It’s cover story is VACCINE MANDATES and it walks you through the steps.  For example, the first step is “Don’t quit or abandon your job!”  Second, put your refusal to get the jab in writing and submit it to your employer, and include the reason for your refusal.  Third, keep copies of your documentation, including method of transmittal and date of submission.  Fourth, understand the deadlines associated with the process, from submitting your refusal to responding to a denial.  Contact The New American at 800-727-TRUE to receive this issue.

 

Freedom is worth fighting for, and our constitution contains the means to fight peacefully.  My husband, Dave, is also in the fight, something he signed on to when he joined the Army 40 years ago.  He is appalled that what our nation is doing is what his own father fought against in WWII; that is, the Joseph Mengele’s of his time.  Neither of us will ever forget his father’s stories about flying the Jews out of those German concentration camps, their conditions being so awful and rancid that after he delivered them to Greece the military had to burn his aircraft because they could not get rid the smells.  “And here we are today repeating history,” The form my husband used for his religious exemption is attached.  If you use this one, he recommends that your Company name be placed in the governing body line.  He says the first step is to get the written, signed policy.  Don't settle for a paragraph from the poorly informed Human Resource rep who doesn’t understand what’s going on.  A paragraph or two is not an official policy, it should be signed by the CEO or owner of the company.  The policy also has to provide acceptable exemptions, like religious or medical.

2) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S. Code § 2000e) prohibits discrimination against a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. As enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Title VII requires employers to reasonably accommodate an employee's sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. For religious accommodation request, according to the EEOC's COVID-19 guidance, employers should ordinarily assume that an employee's request for religious accommodation is based on a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.

EEOC guidance also reminds employers that the ADA prohibits employers from both disclosing that an employee is receiving a reasonable accommodation and retaliating against an employee for requesting an accommodation.

 

Failure to uphold 42 U.S. Code § 2000e and any attempt to coerce an individual to get the Covid-19 vaccine is a violation of federal law and may be met with legal action.
