Jacomo Chorale Concert
The Jacomo Chorale, a community choir founded by Harold Neal in 1983, will present its 2021 Christmas Concert at South Crysler Restoration Branch, 16101 E. Salisbury Road., Independence, Missouri, on December 10 at 7:00 PM.
The concert will include uplifting Christmas music in a range of styles, including classical pieces by Handel and Mendelssohn, sacred compositions by Dan Forrest and Donald Fraser, and the premiere of a new piece by Nathan Smith. Cassandra Leon from the UMKC Conservatory of Music will be the featured soloist, and the Urlaub Brass Quintet will play Christmas carols.
The concert is free, with donations accepted at the door.
