Atherton Quarry Meeting THIS THURSDAY
At 7 pm, this Thursday evening, September 16th, there is a continuation of the Sugar Creek zoning meeting regarding the rezoning for the "Atherton" strip mine. The proposed project will have significant impacts on local residents and possibly on the Independence water wells.
The meeting will be at Mike Onka Community Hall, at the William Henry Harrison Park, 11520 Putnam St, Sugar Creek, MO 64054. Please come show your support if you're able, pass the word to your friends and neighbors, or give the Sugar Creek Mayor and Aldermen a call or email (contact information in the photo below).
