Hello, IIAW and Unity Center Friends,
No monthly IIAW meeting tonight, August 24th. Next meeting - September 28th.
Saturday, August 28th, 8-10am, Meal Prep for Beloveds, Unity Center, 803 W. 23rd Street
We regularly are asked what the Unity Center needs, now that the windows are installed. A company has come forward to do the blinds for all the windows at cost, no labor cost. Each window costs $300. Adopting a window or a donation of any amount will be a blessing. Praise Him! Also, to be certified as a warming center in winter, and to finish Ruth House for sex trafficking survivors, a sprinkler system must be installed. We are looking for a company to do that economically. The first bid came in with discount at $256,000.
