Saints of the Restoration,
I (Russell Howard and wife Lenoir) am looking for a house to rent here in Independence. We have been living in apartment for 5 years. I have very bad allergic reactions to smoke and strong scents. Our neighbors all smoke and also smoke marijuana , and of course it comes through the vents into our apartment. So we are looking for a smoke free rental. We would prefer a house but we live on social security, and only have between $700-$800 to work with. We have been paying our own utilities above that. We will need at least 2 bedrooms , and 1 bath. I am currently the Pastor of The Church of Jesus Christ, Hill Cumorah Restoration Branch, so it would be nice to stay in the area of 40 HWY and Phelps.
