Linda Piatt Passed Away July 16, 2021

Obituary

Linda Carol Piatt, 74, passed away with her family in “The Journey Home” Hospice Home, Friday, July 16, 2021, in Bartlesville, OK. She was born July 29, 1946, in Wellington, Kansas to Robert and Flo Smith. She married Eugene Ford in 1965 and had 2 children, Jeannie and Bryan. Later, she married Bob Riley who passed away in 2006. Linda and Garry Piatt were married on December 6, 2013 at Grain Valley Restoration Branch, where she was a member until her passing. Linda was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. Linda worked for Phillips 66 in Bartlesville, OK, the Full Employment Council in KC. MO, Hallmark in KC, MO and the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Independence, MO where she finished her employment years. She was a member of Waldo Avenue Restoration Branch for many years. She enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband Garry, in their 5th wheel, plus hiking in National Parks. She also enjoyed studying scriptures, sewing, cross-stitch and baking. She is survived by her husband of 7 ½ years, Garry Piatt; daughter Jeannie Burris and her husband Jeff, grandsons Jeffery and wife Mandy, Zachary, and Casey and wife Abbi, son Brian Ford and his wife Kim, grandchildren Tomy, (Mykel), Taylre, Skylar (Anthony), Denny, Deliyah and Decker. Great grandchildren are Tate, Lennox, Thayer, Willow, Daniel, Samuel, Abigail, Parker, Alex, Matthew, Terra and Norah. Linda will be greatly missed by all.
